whats the best cardio to do when on cutting cycle?

-HIIT? (1mim 18km/h - 1mim 6km/h -->20-30min total)
-Long duration constant (45min 10km/h)
-Progressive (25min 10km/h - 5min 15km/h - 5min 10km/h)

Others(please exemplify)!!

Cardio you want to do a combination of 2 things. 1. include interval training. Keeping your base level heart rate at no lower than 70% of your max. (3min) then 1 min of no more than 85% of your heart rate. 30 min on an interval training program is great.
2nd go up to an hour with a heart rate of about 75% ish. but at a constant speed!
You are a fellow compeitor, so I wish you the best of luck and hit me up if you have any questions, I dont know it all, but i have competed for the past 8 years.
as far as the equipment you want to use, the best is the one(s) you like to do! I personally like a stair stepper for mine! But you still want to change it up, just like your resistance training routine!

i like to go back and forth between HIIT training and slow speeds for 30-45 minutes, (this helps burn fat)

HIIT style cardio works well until you get relatively lean. But once you are starting to get lean, I much prefer the results of slow uphill walking. If you use a treadmill, 2mph @14incline for 20-30 minutes at a time. You should be able to keep a conversation without sounding winded. That insures you are only burning fat.

Empty stomach cardio, like said above HIIT until you hit a wall then 45min-60min walk, this also preserves muscle

Cardio in the AM on empty stomach... then pre-exhaust before weight training...

man, i like hiit cardio.... long duration like 1 hour have much muscle loss....
45min is the max, like i read about the effects of exercice on hormones hehehe

BUUUUT one hour of cardio give amazing results.... :D

but i will give a try to hiit on empty stomach...

equi 100mg EOD
proviron 50mg ED
stanozolol w5-10 50mg EOD
(my libido is normal, im on final of week 3)

All you guys have a lot more experience on steroids than me....
im thinking to add test propionate to the cycle but i doenst need much size you know me?
50mg every other day is fine?

WIth an hour of cardio at a lower heart rate, you will be fine as far as losing muscle. As long as you are doing it earlier in the day or 1st thing in the morning. If you arent on test why are you using proviron?

i start to do that... im 12%bf...what you think???

and please guys comment about add Test Prop on my cycle (i plan to add 50mg EOD) just to keep catabolins down and add a little bit anabolins and sinergy with other compounds(equi and winny, im on ill start my 4 week tomorrow)

If you are doing low heart rate cardio you don't need anything. Not the winny, the EQ or the Prop.

If you are interested in TRT then Test Prop EOD and Proviron ED sounds fine.

look into high intensity barbell complexes. you can type it into youtube and watch some videos of how to do different movements of them. they are extremely efficient at burning fat.

man, im doing a high heart rate cardio...3min warm up 3min 10km/h 1min 13km/h and go in this method to 30-40min and 3min warm down(its correct? warm down hehe)

im thinking on testosterone becouse test act synergically with proviron, winny and boldenone...and propionate induces liver to secrete more IGF-1....
