What items would be best to use to stay lean and strong while dropping the weight.
I was thinking
Anavar
Tren Ace
Test prop
Halo
not all taken in opnce cycle but just items I paln on using starting Monday. I am very sensitve to NOT using Test in my cycles...(Tren dick...ect...)
Any and all suggestions please.

Need more than you're current weight.
How about height, Body Fat %, Age, Years training, etc.
How long do you have to cut this weight ???

30 Y/O, 5'6 198 pounds, roughly about 12% bf. I have been training hard for about 3 years. I have many fights under my belt. My weight cut off has been changed this morning to 170. I will have to reduce the weight by Jan 23.

I want to just stay strong and in real good shape. Although my BF is up there I still have a really nice build. I have my running down and my cardio drills. i train 5 times a week for the ring and I lift three times a week specific to my needs.
I have added two items to the list..this is what i have to work with.
Anavar
EQ
Masterone
Tren Ace
Test prop
Halo
.I do have Antie E's 9letrezole and Aromasin) I also have clomid and novladex and Cabergoline.

mainly because it promotes lean mass and it works well on fat and it also works well under conditions with less calories

It going to be tough, If you are 198lbs @ 12%BF currently, thats 174.24lbs
of body mass........which means, if you dropped your BF% to ( 0 ) you still
couldnt make the 170lb limit..........;)
Its physically impossible to do what you are asking......
You will either have to loose some muscle along with the fat.........
Or move up in weight class to 185..........
So if you are still shooting for the 170lb class, You dont need gear at all !
And you have alot of CARDIO work to do my friend, if you wish to hit 170lb
by Jan 23rd.......
What you need is fat burners, not steroids. Good luck bro.

ya you have to have test for strength but like iron said the math doesnt work out. you have to lose some muscle to get where you want... is it a team thing wher you have to go 170 or can you move up?? if you can we can figure it out....

I just spoke with the promoter and my coach. 185 is very realistic and the both agreed that it would be a great weight class for me. I just get a bit concerned that in this league the 185er's are any where from 5'11" to 6'2". I am only 5'6 but I am very strong for my size. I train with guys in the weight range of about 230 and I hold my own.
So, now that 185 is ok (still have that height phobia), and having my diet and cardio in check (animalbolics/ alkalizing type), and my training in check (specific to the movements in the fight/explosive movements), I wanted to throw a cycle together with the items mentioned above.

Not sure tren is a good choice for fighting. A lot of guys complain it decreases endurance.

You need to cut your body fat down to 8%.
This will put you at 190lbs.......you can sweat the last 5lbs off in water, for
the weigh-ins. You have almost 4 months to cut 8lbs, with correct cardio
training and diet, this should not require the use of GEAR !
To answer you original question:
From the things you listed to choose from, (for myself) i would pick the
test prop and eq. (test @ 150mg) and (Eq @ 200-400mg) week. But
remember, DIET is key to any type cycle, whether its a cut or bulk........

out of what you mentioned,,,stack ANAVAR/TEST PROP and of course diet and training is critical when cutting.

Alin, or anyone else w/ a recommendation, what would be a solid dose of Anavar at my weight which is right around 193 (keeping in mind the objective of reaching 185)? I assume the Test prop would be any where in the range of 150mg to 200mg EOD, correct?

test prop should start at 100 mgs eod, and the anavar i seen good results in people anywhere from 40-80 mgs a day.. so i say start at 40-50 for 3-4 days and see how you react and if its not enough go up 10 mgs , but i say no more than 80 mgs a day, and make sure to get some kind of liver protection like liv-52

regarding diet I really like a 30%-60%-10% split, protien-carbs-fat ... and decrease the calories each week. This way you still have energy and fat for the joints, and are able to drop the weight

Curious. What type of fighting. If it's MMA and you have a "height phobia". You better work your jiu-jitsu if you plan on fighting at 185 bro. Like you said at 5'6 taking on guys 5'11 and up you'll have a hard time.
I wish you luck with whatever course of action you take.

I have taken Anavar at 75mg per day with no problem. You could just run anavar alone with a good diet and cardio plan.

gruvi, yup MMA it is. I am good on the ground and I have a ton of strength. I just hate it at school I roll with 6' to 6'3 dudes weighing upwards of 235... I just hate the freaken knees and head kicks...gotta be quick!!:eek:

I'm not gonna give you advice on how to fight, you've obviously got more experience than me. Look at guys like Sean Sherk and see what you can learn to apply to your own fight game.
I'm the opposite to you however. I've got good height and strength and control stand up when sparring but have only just started BJJ and is my weak point.
Any way enough about me.:D
