View Full Version : 3rd Cycle opinion? advice?

Well guys, since my knee injury all I have basically been doing is sitting around reading up. Good news is, got the word from the doctor today that I can start lifting upper body with a knee brace and no crutches.
Anyway Im planning my 3rd cycle.
*1st cycle test e (500 mg 1-12)
dbol (40 mgs ed 1-4)
*2nd cycle sust (500 mg 1-12)
winny (50 mgs ed 10-14)
*3rd cycle really want to concentrate on building some hard lean muscle and concentrate on getting my bf around 8-10%
I was thinking along the lines of:
Test Prop (100 mgs eod wks 1-10 or 12) I know thats a lot of pinning
and typical clen/eca stack (used it before)
I would really like to add one of the following, what do you guys think
-maybe low does of Eq (200-400 mg wk 1-10)
-or Tren Ace (50 mgs eod wks 1-6 or 8)
-or Oral Tbol (50 mgs ed wks 1-4 or 6)
as always good pct (clomid/nolva) and armidex during cycle

Just as a note , dont do winnie , especially while trining, it enlarges your tendons but it makes them britlle.... Next, EQ is good but it can make you hungry, tren i dont think your ready for that yet, t-bol is always good, but if you want take a look at masteron and primo, there mild and good for leaning, and it works well at lower calories.... for your pct if it works well and you keep your gains then good stay with it, if not add some hcg and tribulus in there.. i also like aromasin more than clomid but thats just preference ..

Anyway, Decided to go with a really simple cycle, no orals.
Personally, I feel like my MCL/PCL injury might have something to do with taking winny, even though it was during the off season.
So no orals this time around.
wk 1-12 (test prop 100mg eod)
wk 1-10 (eq 400 mg a week)
Heres a question about a shot schedule, Ideally I know I should be running this cycle with sust or cyp so that I could take 2ml (eq and test) in the same shot mon/thurs. However, I am going to run this with test prop, 100 mg eod. I know the half life of eq is around 7-9 days.
So lets say I pin the prop M/W/F would it be ok to cut the prop with the eq M/F?
I know eod is stadard for prop, but is a M/W/F pinning schedule ok, or just stick with eod and keep my eq at M/Th?
Just trying to see whats best, if any of you guys have experience.

I personally wouldn't run a long esther with a short esther. With the goals you listed of wanting to get lean and harden up with some quality mass, I would recommend:
Weeks 1-8
Prop 100mg's EOD
Masteron 100mg's EOD
By incorporating the masteron, you also eliminate the need for the armidex during cycle as the mast will act as an AI/SERM to help eliminate estrogen build up. I think as long as your diet is on par that this cycle will yield you results beyond what you are looking for. You can start PCT about a week after last pin. JMO

Don't flame me for this one lol, why not mix a short ester with a long? especially if its two different compounds, just curious?
I could just throw back a 500 mg week 1-12 sust. (the thing is, a bloat like pregnant women, even on .25 ed of arimidex) Diet is always in check as well. Thats why i was pushing the prop.
and
eq 400 mg wk 1-10
Mast and primo are options, but kinda pricey, save them for a later cycle, closer to a comp.
