WEEKS 1- 6: Methanabol 30mg Every Day
WEEKS 1- 8: Deca Durabolin 400mg Per Week
WEEKS 1- 8: Sustanon 750mg Per Week
WEEKS 1-10: Arimidex 0.25mg Every Day
WEEKS 1-10: HCG 300-500iu Every 4-5 Days

WEEK 11 : 40mg Nolva/100mg Clomid Every Day
WEEK 12 : 30mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid Every Day
WEEK 13: 20mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid Every Day

Is my cycle, i was wondering on which days should i be shooting the deca and sus? together? seperate? dosage?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Everyone else will echo this same sentiment, "Deca should be run for 12 weeks and the test 2 weeks longer." 14 week cycle.

I would shoot 500mg sus and 200mg deca on Mondays(together or sus and deca in two seperate injections); and 250mg sus with 200mg deca on Fridays in one shot. Also, run sus longer for 10 weeks.
