I was thinking about doing a SHIC cycle with test prop and Nandrolone Phenylpropionate something like this:

week1-6 test prop 200mg EOD
week1-6 Nandrolone Phenylpropionate :confused:
100mg EOD? how much do you think is needed?
by the way do you have any experience with BM pharm's Nandrolone Phenylpropionate ?

When i used nandrolone phenylprop, i did 100mg EOD and i was alot happier with the results as compared to using 400mg of tokkyo or norma deca, the name brands made me a little puffier than i like to be... Im not sure where my powder originated from but mine was a home brew...

100mg EOD of NPP should be sufficient. i would stretch the cycle out to 8-10
weeks and dont forget to finish up with proper PCT.

Short High Impact Cycle - SHIC

Usually around 5 or 6 weeks in length. Often higher dosages than a "normal" cycle but over a shorter period of time.

wonderin what exactly is the high impact.....heavy weights and short esters??
what is recommended for shic cycles..could be next on my list.. i like to experiment. thanx in advanced. i bet im not the only one curious :confused:

i have used up to 700mg per week. the more you use the better gains seem to be with this stuff. i would stay around 3-500mg per wk though. prolactin can be a bitch even though its not a strong binder for progesterone
