Hey guys as you may have seen on other posts, I've been on TRT for 5 yrs. I see my doctor again in November. He plans on checking again for a pituitary tumor, etc. I've been on Test for 4 yrs and he has tried HCG the last year. He plans on doing the regular panel, but it usually is just a handful of tests. I'm also going to be seeing a Urologist about erection issues since I NEVER get an erection during the day, which I think is odd for being only 32. I want to get them throughout the day for no reason as I did before all this happened. Anyway, sorry for rattling on but do any of you suggest a panel to present to my doctor? I've attached one below that I got off of Anabolicminds.com. Is there anything you would take away or add? Thanks Guys!!!

My body shut down about 1.5 yrs after using deca only with tapering. My doc at Mayo said the deca probably didn't have anything to do with it. I saw my family doc. and he put me on Clomid for about 1 month and nothing happened. After that he tried Gel and Patches, but they still didn't work that well. He then sent me to the endo at Mayo Clinic and I've been doctoring there ever since. After all the MRI's, CT's, Ultrasounds and blood tests they stated I had Hypogonadotrpic Hypogonadism. They put on various dosages of Test E. for about the first five years, but never tried to restore my own HPTA function. the last Teast E dosage was 125MG/ML every 7 days. About 7 months ago I asked to try HCG and Nolva. The HCG seemed to do a little so they kept me on it. My last results were pretty low on 650IU's of HCG daily. GH was .20, T Bio. was 272, Test Free was 102, Test Free % was 2.7% and Total T was 377, Sex Binding Globulin 14. Any help suggestions would be appreciated. I feel there is a chance I could be cured, If not there has to be a better treatment. Has anyone ever heard of HMG?????? I've read that + HCG could restore HPTA Axis?
Thanks for all your suggestions guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like you want to be an 18 yo again. I don't think 32 yos walk around with spontaneous erections.

Sometimes if i'm in class and bored and havn't wanked it in awhile then I might get one...Ask him to put you back on test injections if they were working better.

What? I'm 34 and I still get regular spontaneous erections during the day, specially come Spring and Summer time! :D:D:D
But then I am a virile latin male from the mediterranean!!! :D
The blood work looks ok. Good luck with your analysis...

studies show that it is normal to get an average of 11 erections a day for no reason. That would be nice!

Prolactin, Gh, Fsh, Lh, Tsh, Acth, oxytocin, adh, Gnrh, Ghrh, igf-1. Your endocrinologist should be checking the levels of all the hormones and tropic-hormones released by the pituitary and hypothalamus. I guess they never found anything on your pituitary from the MRI. You would have to come off all meds for a while to get good results.
I guess your testicular function is okay if it worked during your HCG therapy.

no the hcg was given while on the test? next with the doses of test did you get full function back, like sexual , motivation, etc?? now as for hmg are you talking about high mobility group (HMG or HMGB) proteins are a family of relatively low molecular weight non-histone components in chromatin. HMG1 (also called HMG-T in fish) and HMG2 are two highly related proteins that bind single-stranded DNA preferentially and unwind double-stranded DNA. Although they have no sequence specificity, they have a high affinity for bent or distorted DNA, and bend linear DNA. HMG1 and HMG2 contain two DNA-binding HMG-box domains (A and B) that show structural and functional differences, and have a long acidic C-terminal domain rich in aspartic and glutamic acid residues. The acidic tail modulates the affinity of the tandem HMG boxes in HMG1 and 2 for a variety of DNA targets. HMG1 and 2 appear to play important architectural roles in the assembly of nucleoprotein complexes in a variety of biological processes, for example V(D)J recombination, the initiation of transcription, and DNA repair.. finally during what treatment did you get the most out of and what was it?? my thinking is that it a problem at the receptor or cellular level not actually production ( well production to a certain extent) but more so a signal problem..

I certainly don't get 11 erections a day and I'm on 150mg test a week for TRT. I rarely get a spontaneous erection for that matter. I get them at night when I'm sleeping.
Daily life would have a lot to do with wether you get spontaneous erections or not. If you are under stress I'm sure it lowers the count.
Sounds like you are under good medical supervision. Good luck.

If your seeing a good MD they will know what too test for.
The above list your provided is pretty thorough.
