View Full Version : My new cycle, training and goals after a short break

For those who know me, I had been engaged in amateur BB competitions, which I ended in June this year. There are various reasons for this, but main of them are my finances, new up coming job. Anyway, my training have changed since. My training consists of 3 sessions a week including more cardio. I went on holiday in august for 3 weeks, and I decided not to train. Instead, I ate whatever I liked, and got pissed every day. I had the best time ever. Still, I managed to maintain a muscular physique. I needed a physiological and mental break from training. After my holiday, I returned back to training, and noticed a significant decrease in strength and recovery. It took me a week to fully recover from a single session. The main reason being is I have been natural for 7,5 weeks, which is the longest I have ever been. My muscles feel softer than ever been. I have been training for 4 weeks now consistently, but still the food isn`t what it should be. Initially, I was planning to stay natural, but thought last week that a small cycle will not harm me, I hope. Therefore, from tomorrow I start the following cycle:
week 1 Monday 500mg sus. Thursday 250mg test enan. 40mg d-bol ed
week 2 Monday 250mg sus./250mg enan. Thursday 250mg test enan. 40mg d-bol ed
week 3 Monday 250mg sus./250mg enan. Thursday 250mg test enan. 40mg d-bol ed
Depending on the gains I might carry on as follows:
week 4-8 750mg test. enan./week
week 4 only 40mg d-bol ed
Start 500i.u. Hcg every 5 days on week 3 or 4.
Was thinking on winstrol 50mg ed on weeks 5-8 or I might expand the cycle to 12 weeks and use winstrol on weeks 9-12.
My diet will be clean from Sunday night to Saturday mid day. That means avoiding sugar and all the crap as you know.
I`ll train 4/week. Mainly compound movements for major body parts.
Monday Chest, Shoulders and light cardio
Tuesday Legs and cardio on stepper
Thursday Back and rear delts and light cardio
Friday maybe cardio
Saturday Arms
I`ll train my abs as I feel.
I want to concentrate on my arms this time so I make sure I won`t train day before and after. There will be a combination of moderate and heavy weights; and low, medium and high reps. Drop sets, 21`s etc.
The idea is to shock the arms every training session with something new without overtraining them.
Arms have always been my weakest point and without bringing them up I will not succeed in BB competitions.
I have no plans to compete, but was thinking coming back as a senior, well in some 5 years.
My current body weight is 87.5kg (192.5 lbs). Well, its not about body weight but quality.
I`ll try to up date my results if I can. Thanks for aking your time to read.

First day of my new regime has gone well. Clean diet all day long, but need to increase the portions. Still, haven`t used any protein powder, which I am getting this week to ensure a high protein intake. Strangely, I felt weak in the Gym,that could be due to my diet. The only sugars I had were honey,milk, yogurt and fruit. The rest was all complex carbs. Probably, my body needs to adjust to the different nutrition intake, to fuel my workouts. So far, so good....

If your good with a needle than i like site enhancing injections which is basically is injecting your shots in parts that need help. you look like you are already on the right path , my fav bi's exercise is taking the heaviest dumbells i can curl fro 4-5 reps and do standing curls then grab half the weight after a ten second break and do til failure, and do 3-4 sets of these, this is a great exercise because it rips the muscle and then gets a high blood flow to it...

I don`t believe in site injections, unless is syntherol. Did you mean drop sets?:)

we call them burnouts so ya that what i mean but the very heavy part is what i emphasize.. site injection isnt for everyone, it has always worked well for me but might not with the next one, so good luck on your journey bro

This is called sarcasm.

Thanks Alin, I have been told that I possess, what it takes to sweep the top amateur titles. Maybe one day, I will be taking the senior classes...who knows:)

I never meassure my body parts,5`6" Bw up to 210lbs off season ( no idea about the BF as I dont care), last 2 shows in May and June Bw 175lbs about 3%BF.

I am 13 days into my new cycle,training and diet and the results are already showing. My strength and size is up. Finaly, started seeing separation in delts and abs are more visible. My bodyweight was 91kg this morning. I think I weighed 87,5kg when I started off. It definately paid off to take some time off gear, training and eating right. My body seems to react well this time. It is probably, the blue hearts d-bol that kicked in. I can`t imagine test. and sus. taking effect within 13 days, thats 3 shots of sus and 3 shots of test. en. ..and then again nothing is impossible or possible within this subculture. so far, so good :)

4 weeks later, my gains slowed down , but up to 94,5kg :)

7 weeks into my cycle, 750mg of test. enanthate, 3rd week off d-bol.
strength goes up on compound exercices, my current body weight is 96,5 kg. Gained fat, no denial, however traps, legs, shoulders,chest dramatically increased. Will continue with this cycle for total of 12 weeks, taking d -bol in the last 4 weeks at 20-30mg/day for extra boost. Train only 3/week, my diet is not the best, but get plenty of protein and beers over the weekend :D, well I want to enjoy my life too. Happy

end of week 11, my body weight stopped at 98,8kg. did my best bench ever 145kg 1 rep, 100kg 18 reps. legs always strong....better diet would bring better results, but i want to live too
