Nolva PCT

Hey guys, since I am fairly new to test cycles, only done 2. When is the best time to use nolva for PCT? Usually I do tren/eq but this cycle is 250 Test E and 200 Tren E weekly. Got airimidex for during cycle, but when and how much nolva is recommended? I am 6'2" and 240 with 14% bf. Thanks fellas

PCT FOR 3 WKS FOLLOWING CYCLE:
Clomid 100mgwk1, 50mgwk2, 50mgwk3
Nolva 40mgwk1, 30mgwk2, 20mgwk3

lol i was takin 250 a day ... u wna def use 500mg especially for yer 2nd cycle.
