I really suggest you take a look at your gear, is it sterile? How is it stored, how did you remove it from the stealth packs? I would hate to see you end up with anymore infections. And if you decide to continue with the same gear inject in a totally new area, like leg or at least stay on other side.

Not a big deal. Even a doctor could give you an abcess. It's just a matter of how your muscle fiber is in the exact spot you shot it. Sometimes an injections spot will "hold" the injection instead of absorbing it. This causes your body to form sort of a skin pocket around the fluid and causes an infection. The infection however is contained within the pocket so you shouldn't feel any ill effects, but nevertheless, it is still there. Once on the antibiotics, you can wait a day or two then massage the area. The reason you wait a couple of days till the antibiotics kick in is because sometimes you can rupture the pocket and toxins will be in your systems possibly making you a little ill. It wont kill you, but if you wait until the antis are full effect, this will not happen.
