i have a couple of friends that want to run anavar and eq. i need to know how they should do the cycle. they are both about 200lbs and pretty lean. they have bothe cycled in the past. they have been lifting for quite a few years.

and i think my next cycle is going to be 500mg of eq weeks 1-10 and 500mg of sust. weeks 1-10 with clomid and nolva for pct. also thinking of adding an oral to this cycle as well.

thanks

who wants to handle this? I lost the codes.... use the search button.... it works

search for "anavar EQ cycle" and see what threads appear... you want to focus on most threads with over 10 post minimum.... if you see names like ojs, thym, lola etc. with advise... take a permanent marker and rite it on a notebook that you never can lose...

you need test with this

eq needs more time, test 14wks/eq 12wks minimum
ai and hcg? you want titties and pea sized balls?
do more research!

with clomid and nolva for pct
yes, those are used for pct

also thinking of adding an oral to this cycle as well.
ok, what orals?

thanks

You have 2 cycles under your belt and you are still 180 @ 5'11. At what weight did you start your previous cycles and how much did you gain in each? Has it been very long time since your last cycle?

not everyone gains huge on cycles... because they dont eat. you need to eat more dude. dont cycle till your 200 lbs. i dont care if you put on 20 lbs of fat.

first cycle i started at 155lbs and got up to 180lbs. second cycle i was 165 and got up to 180-185lbs. my weight would fluctate day to day due to working outside in the hot sun.

i don't want to gain huge. i want lean gains, so they won't be so noticable. after my second cycle i seem to be maintaining my gains very well.

Lean gains are ideal for people with seasoned experience and are focusing on specific goals including body building, weight training, etc.

At your age, just GO for any muscle you can get!

155 lbs. 5 ft 11. Decided to cycle AAS. Nice choice...

The problem here PJ is that because you are no where near your natural max as shown by your height/weight, your pissing into a stiff breeze.

Get your diet spot on (its' not now) and put the AAS away until you pack on 20 more lbs minimum.

What I don't understand here is why people turn to AAS so quickly. When I first started training I was putting muscle on much faster than when I use the gear now. IMO everyone has the potential to put on at least 30-40 pounds without gear, yet every day someone is posting about their 4th -5th cycle, and they don't even weigh 200 lbs yet. People need to learn how to eat and how to lift, its childish to think that the gear is going to make you look like Arnold if you have no idea what you're doing.

It seems most people don't realize how important diet is to a successful cycle.

i understand how important diet is while cycling, and i try to keep it right. but with my job being so demanding i eat when i can. i know that is wrong but that is the only way i can eat. i don't want to get freakishly big. i'm just looking to build lean muscle that can be kept and won't be lost.

No offense but it does not sound like you can maintain the diet necessary to justify a cycle. In addition, you are not achieving your potential without AAS due to your diet.

I think you should continue to train and focus on a more consistent diet. I would do that and then see where you are at. This board has many threads regarding diet. I would not be surprised if you obtained your goals without AAS but you won't know until you get your diet/eating frequency in order.

stop making excuses. a well respected member here eats 4 double quarter pounders as a pre workout meal. quit your bitching skinny, eat. i dont give a fuck if you lose your little quarter size abs. you need to eat as much as you can, then eat a few more bites and wash it down with a shake. we body builders are strange people, we eat till we feel like throwing up and cant move, then after it goes away, we go lift, and do it again... its the life style we follow, and if you want in, aas wont help you. workout for an hour a day and eat at least 4000 calories, you will gain faster than you would with your current diet ON CYCLE. all being ON will do is give you a few pounds that you WILL lose in PCT because your diet sucks. When we cycle, we spend maybe 400-1000$ on the juice, and consume maybe 70$ worth of food per day, for 3 months... so 90x70... 6300$ of food. ok, maybe not all of us eat 70$ a day but I eat very close to that on my good days!

I don't think we are listening. "with my job being so demanding i eat when i can." If he has a job that permits him from eating 6-7 times a day thats a start. Additionally, it sounds that he MAY have an occupation which burns excess calories. Do you do fast pace or physical work??

What questions??

You make statements, you have not asked one question.

Also there is solid advice in this thread.
