I want to cut body fat. I am going to start a cycle of Winnie.
What is a good cycle and what should my diet look like?
Thanks,
Sell it, do cardio instead.
You don't know anything about AAS (which is painfully obvious from your post).

have you ever ran any type of gear?
ive known bb'ers at the end of a cycle drop the use of test and keep on running winni for a short period for a leaning effect, but just running winni out the gate solo uhhhh.....sucks!
no offense its my opinion!

Code 8 is misleading. One small oral cycle is not going to kill your liver. If it was... most of our livers would be dead by now.

We, the great members of Alinboard, ask to add an ammendment to the code of conduct set forth by yafu herin, to include the selected text, highlighted in red, as CODE 13. All those in favor say "I"

Hey new guy. Comin on this board and saying what you just did in that post earns you a heap of lip from us. The amount of noobs rockin up and asking for what seems as a harmless question is actually insulting for us who RESEARCH and carefully prepare our cycles. You should too. Read and ask but ask when you've shown you have read on your own.
Good luck.

Thanks for all of the advice.
If I violated a rule I apologize.
I thought asking on this forum would help guide me in the right direction. I appreciate the thoughtful responses and will conduct more research.
I will be more careful when asking questions in the future.

I don't understand any of this. Instead of cracking heads I would suggest getting one examined first. You don't know anything about a person to be threatening.

You've got to get your bf down to at least 14% before considering AAS, preferably 10-12%.
Post your current diet and workout/workout schedule. That's where you have to start.

At 47 winstrol is going to tear your joints apart. Hell at 20 it will tear your joints apart. Look into anavar, it's not quite as hard on the joints or the liver. You can stay on var for longer which means you can lose fat at a slow steady rate instead of trying to just lop it off all at once.
If you're set on winstrol This is what I suggest
Test 375mg / week 1-14
Deca 200mg / week 1-12
Winstrol 100mg ed 10-16
Or if you have the $ replace winstrol w/ var and run it 4-14 or 4-16 if you're nto worried about liver values at all, or get bloodwork done to ensure your healthy enough to continue.
Deca will keep joints lubricated and at 200mg is not gonna add hardly any bloat i don't think. Test might add a little bloat, you can run an ai like aromasin or arimidex at a low dose to keep bloat down. I would run the cycle with var, it's a far superior option to winstrol for your needs.
He has a high bf%, I would get the diet in line and drop some fat before considering a cycle.

hey thats my cutting cycle "with var not winnie" u stole it from me!!!
ya i think its a good good cycle.
but i agree with yafu bf HAS to be lower befor touching aas. sides will be wors he will already have high or higher blood pressure. i not sure about liver.
get full blood work done eather wat befor u touch aas.
i think you should lower your body fat with out AAS use soem supps maybe.
but lower bf or not i would not use winny. DECA, VAR and a bit of test.

you shuld consider getting bodyfat down with diet and exercise first then we can help you plan a better cycle.....and at your age like tpd said winny will kill your joints......it does mine.....how long have you been training? My opinion depending on how long you been in the gym is a low dose of test and a good diet to get your bodyfat down..... maybe add some var......

Hey welcome to the board Bro! You'll learn how things work around here, there's a lot of knowledge here and it's a good place to be.
I'm 50 and I love Deca it takes care care of some serious joint issues with me,I personally would think twice about the Winstrol at our age.Possibly they could be used in conjunction with each other but I'm not the one to answer that question although I would like to know the answer.

um sorry !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!did i offend ya ?

someone said anavar might be better
i might agree ....but you gotta understand me!
hell theres plenty that know more than i might
just look at my post count here.......sugar.....who knows..whatever

I thought asking here was part of my research. Some were helpful.
Asking is not research. It's feedback and a shortcut for information. This place is an encyclopedia of knowledge. We only ask that you realize this and read as much as you can before asking a completely novice question like you did, when clearly diet is all you need right now.
Not my intentions to offend any one here and not my place to do so.
Stay off the gear. Eat clean and diet well. Train hard and in time being a member here you will realize when you are ready to take the plunge.
Cheers.

Psh I didn't steal it! I made that cycle up myself. If I was to reccomend to a friend in his situation a cycle for his purposes that is what I would tell them to do.

Thanks for the advice.
I have probably been working out since 1986. I was young and into power lifting. My lifting was intermittant depending on what far away country the army would send me to and the availability of equipment.
When we were in the field we did do some squats with tool boxes hanging off the end of tanker bars, or some benches laying on tool boxes, with the tanker bar, but those were the good ole days.
Now I work predominantly one body part per week, with the exception of arms where I work both bi's and tri's on the same day.
Tuesday; Back; combination of pull downs, pull ups, low pulls, t-bar, and the lower back machine; I always go about 20 sets total with a combination of excersizes that I change around every week. It depends on how many people are in my way at what machine... then 20-30 minutes of either tread mill, or bicycle.
Wednesday; Shoulders; Standing Military presses apx. 200-225 lbs, standing flys or cables, rear delt excersize, either with dumb bells or machines, maybe rows on an incline machine; apx. 20 sets of a combination of these exercizes rotating them around; then 20-30 minutes of cardio; abs. Cable pull downs and knee ups 4 sets of each 20-30 reps each
Thursday; Traps, with about 8-10 sets of different exercizes, If I miss a workout it will be the trap and leg workout. 20-30 minutes of cardio
Friday; Legs, 20 sets , extensions, curls, leg press machine, calves; skip the cardio
Saturday; 3 different biceps exercizes, apx 20 sets, 3 different tricep exercizes apx. 20 sets; calves = about 8-10 sets
Sunday; Chest, Bench apx 7 sets; top sets of 275 for 6 x 2 or 295, sometimes 225 it depends on how I feel, Incline for about 5-6 sets and decline for 5 sets, the either cable or dumbell flys, the abs; knee ups and calbe pulls 4 sets each with 20-30 reps.
Diet; I try to eat breakfast, coffee and wheaties and juice, or coffee, eggs and toast, or waffles with peanut butter (I hate eating breakfast because I feel like shit every morning. Sometimes breakfast is a boost or protein shake, don't have the time or stomach to eat.
Lunch; I prepare these meals and freeze them on Sundays so that they are ready for my lunch box; chicken and vegetables, mid a.m. I may drink a boost or eat a piece of fruit.
I work out at lunch and before I work out I drink a protein shake. I eat lunch after the work out.
Dinner is whatever my wife fixes,
Night time; bowl of cereal.

split your w/o into 3 to 4 w/o per/wk........you need to let your CNS recover ,you need some days to rest
Diet; I try to eat breakfast, coffee and wheaties and juice, or coffee, eggs and toast, or waffles with peanut butter (I hate eating breakfast because I feel like shit every morning. Sometimes breakfast is a boost or protein shake, don't have the time or stomach to eat. protien and complex carbs

Dinner is whatever my wife fixes,
Night time; bowl of cereal.drop the cereal get some fats and slow digesting protein
my suggestions in red....try for at least 300 to 400grms of protein a day split into 6 or 7 meals a day.......adjust your carbs depending on your goals......again to say this is what i would do.

Thanks for the time you took for your recommendations. I agree with the added meals. I struggle at work finding the time to eat the added meals. Sometimes I work so much that I forget to drink water most of the day. No excuse, and I know better, but thats what happens.
I appreciate the recommendations on the days I should and should not do cardio. Maybe on the days I don't do the cardio, I will try to combine some of the other lifting and reduce the amount of days I lift.
At my age shouldn't I be on some type of maintenance cyle of aas?
At my age shouldn't I be on some type of maintenance cyle of aas?
Do some extensive research first and educate yourself.....theres lots of info here on the subject.
