im getting like real bad cramps when i workout. not all the time but some of the time. i thought i wuz dehydrated but thats not it. im starting to notice a trend. it happens right after i do injections, not at the site thou. for example, i wuz doing hamstrings. i did a warm up set of 20. my hamstrings lock up so bad i couldnt even work them out the rest of my workout. it wuz so painful and uncomfortable i had to hold them stretched so they wouldnt lock up again for awhile. the same with my abs last week. my abs lock up so tight right after my first set. i couldnt work them out. anybody have a solution or an explanation. does this happen to u while using gear????

I have heard that different types of gear can cause painfull pumps. I don't know if that is what your feeling. I myself have issues with cramping sometimes so I've done a little research and found that dehydration overtraining lack of sodium or potassium are some of the more common issues.

lack of sodium or potassium

I was thinking more along these lines. How's your salt/electrolyte intake?

i take so many supplements. i have 18diffrent bottles i take on a daily basis. it cant be a vitamin issue. now the salt thing might be an issue. im a health nut try to stay away from salt and sugar among other things. ill give that some thought

Potassium isn't found in very many suppliments or multivitamins. I've been told that supplimenting it isn't a good idea and just to eat a bannana every day so I've started doing that, but just in the last few days so I don't know if it's working yet.

Analyze your supps/diet and see what your intake looks like. In the military I had to supplement my salt intake to prevent leg cramps, especially on runs.
