Hello all, have not been around in a while. Hoping to do my second cycle in october and had some training questions to run by you all.
First, in a flex i read an article on twice a day training, to hit each bodypart twice a week, and thought that it would be a good idea while on cycle.
I actualy do not have the time to go twice a day, but i can hit two parts while in the gym that one time a day.
I will be on the newbie silver, with a front load of d-bol. I figure that would give me the edge up on recovery for so high a work load.
So what do you guys think?
I can get more specific if needed.

Also thought i would post this as well, can never be too sure of yourself.
Besides the newbie silver, the d-bol will be 40 mg over four times a day for four weeks with Arimidex 25mg daily to stop bloat.
Thats what i have in my notes from my last chats.

i think your trying to over-complicate things a bit bro. First i believe nothing they wright in those magazines its all hype. For the training side just stick to a conventional routine3 times a week plently of rest heavy weights lots of food and youl be fine. If your stuck with a routine PM me and il help you out. As far as the cycle looks good make sure you dont forget PCT and i would just keep the adex on hand. IMO no need to take it unless your getting sides.
