I'm just three weeks into my first cycle and tendonitis in my right elbow is kicking my ass. I've tried to lift really light this week to let it heal up a bit but I'm afraid it's going to keep preventing me from lifting heavy. Anyone have any advice on whether to stop my cycle now and start back up when I can get the most out of it or should I continue with the cycle and try to work around the tendonitis? Any help would be great.

I had that problem 3 yrs ago what I did was made a ice pack with rubbing alcohol and water in a freezer bag that stores food, it will be like slush so it can get your whole elbow not just 1 part of it.Try icing it any chance you get,and good luck.

Are you sure it's tendonitis? Many people mistake Winny-joint for it and basically you would need to triple your water intake if you were on Winny and take a supplement. There are other AAS that does this also, but Winny is the main culprit.

I had something of the same my elbow blew out about the size of a baseball, had to have it drained twice they put it in a cast for ten days,i as well was two weeks into cycle what i did for four weeks was just worked my legs and continued with cycle, elbow is all most normal size now but still tender when doing certian things ,what i have been doing now is finding different exersises that are less stressful to the elbow till it fully heals ,hang in there and keep training just be creative in your work outs till it fully heals hope this helps some good luck bro!!

Hey bud,
I would have to agree with Kaiser. Are you using Winstrol? I'm and endurance athlete that is going to be starting a oral Win cycle here in a couple of days. Praying not to have much joint pain, might order some Aflutop. Keep the board updated...would like to hear how thing turn out for you. Peace.

hey man, im on my 4th week of my stealth cycle and the strength increase was so awesome i got a little carried away. we did arms last thursday and i did skulls with 250 pounds. got 8 reps and really screwed somethin up in my right elbow, so i know how you're feelin right now. currently im unable to do any presses or triceps which sucks cause im a powerlifter and cant bench. it is however gettin better very quickly due to the test and deca i'm on. also people are now saying that glucosamine doesnt really do anything, but i gotta disagree. im takin some with msm like candy and its actually helpin, its like witchcraft pills or somethin. i've just had to work my chest with heavy flies, pec dec, and cables. also im just really concentratin on my shoulders, back, and legs like crazy. im just gonna keep on my cycle and hopefully in a week or two i can start doin militaries and bench again. ice definately helps and ibuprofen helps get some of that inflammation out. hope this helps a little.

I'm not taking Winstrol right now but I'm supposed to start in another two weeks. I hope it doesn't give me joint problems also. I've been icing the hell out of my elbow and slamming ibuprofen throughout the day and it does seem to be helping. Haven't been taking glucosamine for the same reason ironfreak83 mentioned but I'll buy some and try it out. Also, I don't know much about Aflutop but I'll do some research. Great advice about being creative with my workouts. Thanks for all the help. I'm gonna give it a few more days of rest and then I'll try and get my butt back in gear. I'll keep you posted.

if your pain is centered where on the bicep side of your elbow ditch i have the same problem every time i used winstrol. I buy over the counter joint supplements with condritin or whatever in it, i cant remember the name, but you can find it in any store that has a pharmacy, buy the most expensive one, it has 2 or 3 active ingredients. I think its called joint flex or flexall. take the max dose and in three days that should go away.
