4ml injection

Is 4ml to much to inject into the glutes? I will be injecting 2ml EQ and 2ml Test E. once per week all in one shot and alternating different glute each week. I have injected up to 3ml in one shot before, but not 4ml. Anybody ever injected with this volume---is it to much?

i wouldnt advise it, it can get painful and you increase the chances of an abcess.

why not inject 2 time a week and use you quads also

i agree with static ... just do 1ml of each 2x a week... i have tried the 4ml once and ill never do it again.. man my glute was sore for a week...

Its possible Life: Just inject really slow if ya do. If it were me I would split up the shots(safer in the long run)

I would stay maxed at 2cc per Glute and alternate. Then use thigh & delts in that order if need be.

appreciate it. i'll just split the shots up twice a week to lessen the volume of each injection.
i can't inject in thighs unfortunately though, cause each time i inject in my left quad i hit a nerve and my entire quad jumps and twitches and i don't want to inject in only my right quad (keep it even)

I try to never go over 3ml per injection site.

Yeah im the same I stay between 2.5 and 3ml per site. doing more than that can cause problems you dont want to have.

I haven't been on the board for very long, but I do have a rather extensive medical background. I would not recommend using more than 2 cc's per site.

If you are only going to use your glutes, even 2 cc's in each cheek every week can potentially cause you problems because you can't rotate the injection sites. It depends on how thick the oil is and how quickly it dissipates.

You will not get localized growth at the injection site, so work you right quad into the rotation. You can add at least 4 new sites that way, in order to cut down on the frequency of glute injections.

Don't write off your left quad either. The innervation of the quadriceps group is usually rather symmetrical. The lateral (outside) portion of the quad is definitely not covered by one big nerve, so experiment with injection sites there as well. It's just too large of a muscle group to write off entirely.

dude your ass will be sore........spread the injections out, youll get steadier blood lvls that way also

Life..........split the dose bro. twice a week gives you more stable blood levels and 4ml is unreal! Last time i used 4ml of oili think i was cooking eggs! Its a real pain in the ass(pun intended) with 3ml. try different spots at half that volume and you will experience less pain. If you only shoot the glute then split the dose in two and rotate. please. Does 4ml feel like you got punched in the ass the next day????? :confused:

I generally cut my juice in half, with grape seed oil, I seralize it and run it through a syringe filter before adding it to my juice, in this manner I have injected 14 MLs, crazy but true. I never split up my shots, I alternate glutes per week, Ill use my delts for prop, acetate, or AQ, ive never done more than 3 ML in my delt, Ive never used any other body part for injection.Something Ive found is that when I start to press the plunger and it hurts at all, I dont squeeze it in anyway, I pull the needle out a liitle bit ( not all the way) and reposition it to the left or right and then push it back in, press the plunger, if it doesnt hurt going in (the oil) your ass wont hurt the next day, theres nothing worse than missing a leg workout becouse of a bad shot,then again theres nothing better than not being able to sit on a toilet seat becouse your ass is to sore from a wokout! :)

I think making the shot 50% less concentrated will make it less effective, even if the same total mgs are shot (in a larger volume injection)....
