My wife wants to shed some fat (she had a baby new year's eve, not nursing anymore), but she doesn't want to take anything too serious. She's afraid to take anything that you can't buy over the counter. She'll be doing lots of cardio and her diet is already good. I was thinking an ECA stack or an ECA-Y stack (25mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine, 81mg aspirin, and if it's even worth it, 5mg of yohimbe/bine--all that taken 3x daily). What would you guys suggest at what doses and how often?

clen and T3 but if she won't I think diet, lot's of cardio and I really reccomend doing a tae bo style work out. Boxing workouts are second to none, check some out.

I agree, any type of boxing is kick ass cardio (I like muay thai), but she wants to lose the weight before a trip to the beach we are taking in a month. I've personally had great success shedding a lot of inches inside of 30 days using just an ECA stack, excersise and diet, I was just wondering if anybody knew of anything else available (short of clenbuterol and cytomel)that would yield similar/better results, or if she should just use an ECA stack.

you wont be happy with the results from any of those things, they only help a little bit, if she were to do a precontest diet she could look pretty good in a month, that takes an extreme amount of will power though, if they gave her a depoprovera shot or something like that then you screwed

No depo, she is on the patch, though. She has no will power beyond what she's already doing (cardio, clean diet).

If she just had the baby a few months ago, she should stay on the cleaner side until her levels even out. I know you said she wanted to stay OTC, but clen and T3 are not going to upset her female balances for the most part so it may be something to consider 2 weeks on 2 off. Where are her excess weight/tone problems? A girdle works wonders believe it or not, but you have to start it close to the birthday. What you also have to keep in mind is extreme sudden weight lose may bring on stretch marks.

What was your wife's weight before she got pregnant and how much did she gain with this pregnancy? How tall is she? Did she lose any weight while she was breast feeding? Did she work out or do any cardio while she was pregnant? I had a miscarriage in January at 10 weeks and I got back into shape with the help of T3 and Clen, I'm 5' 108 lbs. I work out with my husband at least 4 times a week. Diet is also the key, I try to follow a low carb diet during the week and allow myself to cheat on the weekends. The best book I've ever bought was the Metabolic Diet, it's very easy to follow. I'd be happy to help her if you want a womens point of view.
