How is it possible to have sky high estradiol levels and gyno when I've been taking 2.5mg IP Femara from alinshop ED for 4 weeks? I'm only on 150mg test prop EOD with 40mg Var ED.

Just got my blood test results back, and I'm REAL CURIOUS how my blood levels are so fucked.

That is very interesting... what worked for me was i dropped my test down to almost none existent and then it started to reverse..... wonder if it could still be high because you have some estradiol left in your system from before since letro just blocks to conversion (from what I understand)

what was your drs take on it?

Ink, thanks for your thoughts on the matter so far. My dr is unsure at this point, but knows about my cycle. His first thoughts were that my anti-e is either bunk or severly underdosed. I'm not sure about estrogen left in the system from previously, or how that would occur after 4 weeks of use. My test levels are really high right now that is for sure. However, for taking the most powerful anti-e at the highest suggested dosages, I don't see how I could have high levels of estrogen.

How long does estrogen stay in you? thats my question. lets say u did a ton of test with no AI then got bloated and started taking an AI.... too late cuz the estrogen is already there... what gives?

Yep, that's the current question I guess. It sucks when you think you're doing everything right and your blood panel comes back all fucked up. Doc won't be getting back to me for a week.

It comes down to one thing... how bad do you want your gyno to be gone? IF you answered really bad.... then drop your levels down until the gyno is under control.... i would do test prop .25 cc EOD for a couple weeks, and things should clear up.... what was your test and free test levels at?

I just found my blood test results while on IP letro and running sust, my estradiol came back <10 pg/ml and my total test 4078 (normal range 250-1100 ng/dL) and free test was 1374 (norm 35-155 pg/mL)

How was your free test that high? Mine was only >53 whereas my serum test was 4034. Would something like masteron help to reduce estrogen and increase free test? I am backing off the test dosage a little. My nips are small and the gyno is not too bad and i think already getting better, so not terribly worried about that.

Proviron and/or Winstrol along with your Test will enhance your free test levels. Both of these compounds have an enzyme in them which binds to SHBG. SHBG binds itself to your free test, which in turn lowers your free test count. The enzyme in Proviron and Winstrol in a sense commits suicide by binding to SHBG before it has a chance to bind to the free test. This is why I throw in either one of these with each and every cycle.

I thought masteron was basically injectable proviron. Does it not have the same or similar effect?

The enzyme in Proviron and Winstrol in a sense commits suicide by binding to SHBG before it has a chance to bind to the free test. This is why I throw in either one of these with each and every cycle.

An enzyme is a protein that catalyzes a reaction. Winstrol and proviron are neither proteins nor enzymes. They would be the 'substrates' in this reaction.

With that said, everything else is pretty much as he said it. Yes masteron and proviron both bind to SHBG, as well as the aromatase enzyme limiting the actions of both.
