need help getting into alins site

Having triouble configuring my comp so i can log onto alins site. i cant seem to find my "ccokie" settings when i follow the instructions:

Select "Tools | Internet Options..." from the main menu
Change to the "Security" tab
Click "Custom Level..."
Scroll down to the "Cookies" section
Set "Allow cookie that are stored on your computer" to "Enable"
Set "Allow per-session cookies" to "Enable"
Click "OK"
If you are using a firewall be sure that firewall doesnt prohibit cookies.




Once i get into the custome level part, I'll scroll through all the things you can change, but there isnt anything about "cookies". Im using internet explorer, and i am running on windows xp......Can anyone help please.
