Before I started working out I had arthritis in both shoulders. You have to work it out. You need to do rotator cuff exercises with dumbbells. Look them up on the internet. Now I have no arthritis at all.

I was going to physical therapy and they were doing electric shock treatment on it which helped a lot. Also, use the hand bike, where you pedal with your arms, but pedal in reverse direction. In addition, freeze some water in a styrofoam cup, cut off the bottom of the cup once the water is frozen, and have someone give you an ice massage on your shoulder after having a heating pad sit on it for about 20 minutes. Do the massage for another 10 minutes or so. It'll be cold, but your shoulder will start feeling much better!

I don't know about arthritis but I've had almost like lockjaw I guess since I got my wisdom teeth taken out and when I run deca I'm good for like 18 months after I start the cycle before it starts acting up again. Deca is supposed to lubricate your joints so I assume it would help in arthritis.

No problem! Ice massage is a cheap remedy and works better than most expensive alternative treatments.
