I have a question regarding the information given on the Alin ordering page of their website. The question is the cycle I chose to purchase is written as follows:

week 1-13 10mg Nolvadex Daily
week 1-10 400mg EQ weekly
week 1-10 500mg Test
week 13 40mg Nol + 100mg Clomid Daily
week 14 30mg Nol + 50mg Clomid Daily
week 15 20mg Nol + 50mg Clomd Daily

When they say that EQ is taken 400mg weekly should I break up the amount in equal doses and administer them daily or should I give myself the entire amount at the beginning of the week?....also what time of day should I take the EQ?.... The same question should be applied to the Test..One other question since the EQ and Test are given in weeks 1 through 10 should I give them on the same day or should I give them at different times?

Your test and EQ should both be taken bi-weekly. Time of day is not important. To be entirely truthful, you could take them once a week as well if the test is a long ester (cypionate or enanthate). Bi-weekly will give you a little more stability in your level of test throughout the week. One injection per week would most likely be too much anyway. No one wants to shoot 4cc's of gear at once...well, I suppose there are some that would. Anyway, I'm assuming your test is dosed at 250mg/ml and your EQ at 200mg/ml. If you mix 1ml test and 1ml EQ in a syringe twice per week, you should be golden. Make sure you're using different needles to draw and shoot. use sterile practices (sorry, it looks like you're new to this). Wipe your injection site and vial tops with alcohol swabs. good advice church but I would also add the fact that you might not want to use the nolva unless you need it throughout your cycle. not necessary at that level of test unless you are gyno prone
