has any body tried any of the newbie cycles? and should i start with a pre made stack like a newbie cycle, or make one myself. wich one should i tak?

just go with a good test cycle for ur first one because with this u will see the most gains and u coul dthrow in some d bol to kickstart
weeks 1-12..test E 500mgs EW(250mg every 4 days)
weeks 1-4...d bol (20 mg ED for weeks 1-2 then bump it up to 40mgs weeks 2-4)
make sure ur diet,training, and sleep are dialed in.. and before u start have a good PCT in order so u will keep some of ur gains... also make sure u have 4000-5000 cals a day and 200g of protein a day as welll.. eat liek a horse.. u could expect 20-30lbs with this being ur first cycle... all depends on u and how u choose to live on this cycle

i always here that sleep is so important, but i usually get about 5-6 a day is this gonna be a problem? i work close to 70 hrs a week! and i work out at night usually around 12-2 give or take is it bad to work out at that time?

well ur body needs 8 to recover and if ur an athlete they just did a study that said to athletes need 10-12 but who is gonne get 12 hours ! i think 9 hours is good for being on the gear... 5-6 hours just doesnt give ur body enough time to recover IMO
