So just did my 12th inject sat and i do some amateur mma well i broke my hand right below the knuckle of my pinky finger. I really am not sure what to do my plans are to stop the cycle and start pct in 3 wks. Iam just concerned with what i do to work out i guess cardio and legs but iam pretty bummed never been in a cast nor have i ever been kept outa the gym like this. Any advice would be much appreciated thanks.
