DAY 1 Thurs 7/24/08 8am took 50 mg of dnp
Did not feel much of anything (I know just cause I feel nothing does not mean its not working);)
8pm took another 50mg of dnp Felt a little something but nothing bad.
Throughout the day I drank lots of water and ate a small bowl of special K for breakfast, Had some shrimp and a half of turkey sandwich for lunch and chicken and rice for dinner. A few snacks in between like hard boiled egg, mozz string cheese and cottage cheese. Cant go to the gym till sunday (had surgery on my foot)
Day 2Fri 7/25/08
8am 50 mg dnp
8pm 100mg
Was not very hungry only ate a burger I cooked on the grill and some pasta salad and was bad and ate a few potatoe chips MMMMMMMMM. But I drank lots of water got that water that has Vitamin e,b6,b12, and some other good stuff in it. Also some V-8. I know its has kicked in cause I woke up last night HOT and I am never hot I am always cold even in summer time.
Oh Yea as as of Tuesday the 22nd when I went to the gym I am 5'5" my weight is 142 and my BF% is 24% so we will see what happens. I will post before and after pics when I have stopped for 5 days this way all the water retention will be gone.

Ate alot better today had a 1/2 cup bowl of Kashi cereal with some fat free milk. Had some cottage cheese, chix breast on a salad with fat free dressing, fish for dinner with some brown rice and broccoli. ( instead of posting everyday what I eat I will post my diet I will be eating 6 times a day and u will see what I will be eating in each meal.Attached diet is at the end of the post.
Day 4Sun 7/27/08
8am 200mg dnp
This is as high as I will be taking it thats 1 pill a day I will take it in the am everyday. I was hot all day. I turned my central air in the house down to 70 degrees and stayed in the house. Ate good again (See attached diet). I been sleeping fine at night with a fan blowing. My energy level so far is ok but I do have ECA minus the A to take if I start feeling tired. I drink a sugar free Red Bull usually in the morning to, also some V-8. No yellow body fluids yet.
Day 5 Mon 7/28/08
200mg dnp
Been following my diet and not feeling tired at all. Feeling warm though, woke up mon night hot and thirsty. Drinking a ton of water going to the bathroom like every 20-30 min. Still no yellow body fluids.
DAY 6 Tue 7/29/08

100mg in the pm
Stickin to my diet and going to the gym but I am not doing cardio only weight training. I beleive I would over heat if I did cardio not risking it plus at times it is hard to breath. My energy level is still good not feeling tired at all.
Day 7 Wed 7/30/08
200mg at 8am
Went to the gym this morning and was extremely hot but I had a good work out with my trainer I did chest, shoulders, and biceps. Could not cool down all day even when I went to the pool so I decided I am just gonna stick with the 200mg of dnp in the am and not take anymore at night I think it was to much and I am not trying to risk anything. I feel bloated but that is from water retention will give final weight when I am off for 5 days also will give BF% But I know its coming off I can feel it and even though I am bloated my close seem to be a little looser in the waist!!!!! HOLLA!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK guys I am gonna be on this for about 30 days so postin every day will make this post toooooooo long so I will post every few days and only when some changes happen.
Day 9-11 fri- sun 8/1-8/3
My weight seems to be the same and was not feeling much of anything all weekend so I decided to up the dose again. Still no yellow body fluid so I dont know. I am takin 200mg in the am and 200mg in the pm so we will see how I start feeling.
Day 12 Mon 8/4
Ok Its only morning right now and I feel a difference since I upped the dose. I am hot again and feeling like I have to catch my breath when I just walk up a flight of stairs so I will update again as the day goes on.
Day 13 Tue 8/5
Ok big mistake upping the dose that much, yesterday as the day went on I was so hot and had hard time breathing. I had a important meeting for work and I was sweating so bad and had a hard time talking cause I could not catch my breath it was horrible. Dropped the dose back down will only take 200mg a day. I did not take any this morning cause I just felt like shit so I wont take the dose till tonight. I will only take this for a few more days then I am stopping. I will just continue to diet and work out.

DONE WITH DNP!!!!! Cant stand the way I feel anymore so I am stopping I will stick to diet and cardio alone for awhile
