We know that long estered compounds take a few weeks to "kick in" so at what point do you increase your calorie intake once you start a cycle? For example:
Test E @250/week
EQ@500/week
or
Sust @250/week
EQ@500/week
Just looking for what the general trend is with people.

If I'm about to start bulking I usually start increasing my calories a few weeks before my first pin. I want to be at my full caloric intake on the first pin.

As long as your cals are clean, start increasing right away.

I would start upping your calories the day of your first injection.
I would also recommend upping your test. You should be taking more test than eq

If you want you can read this. Its why I'm going to try a low test high androgen cycle. Not saying its the be all end all. Just something I want to try to see how it goes.

That is kinda what I was thinking. just starting off by increasing lean protein with tuna/chicken right away. thanks for the opinions.

If your not gaining size like you want adjust 500 cals per day

clean calories can be used on or off cycle!! Eat up! test at 375mg ew maybe a good medium for you if you want to get a little more test but still keep it lower then the eq. YOu will notice good results from it!
Once on a cycle I will slowly start ramping my calories up regardless of ester. If you just all the sudden slam down a couple extra thousand cals it will turn to fat regardless of gear or not. I increase my carbs my 50g/day and fat by around 10g till I start gaining water, then I back down and find my threshold. Protein I always keep high so I dont mess with that. It ussually takes around 2-3 weeks to ramp up properly.

Up those cals asap. Use 500 mg test, don't fuck around. I took 500mg for 15 weeks now and I've gained like 7 to 8 lbs of lbm.

That defeats the whole purpose of his cycle. Many people are now running maintenance level test while running a high anabolic. It helps decrease sides from the test and still provides solid lean gains....

I would do that starting a few weeks before cycle and get up to desired bulking calories by the time of your first pin. Atleast for me I can't just go strait to 5k+ calories simply because my digestive tract can't handle it unless I ease into it. Even then I still predigest some of my 'meals' lol. (blending pasta w/ water or milk...nasty I always blend oats into my protein shakes for extra cals.
