when you blast legs hard enough you can really feal F'd up. Espeacialy when you haven't really done it in a while. Sometimes I can't hardly walk.

hot bath with some Epsom Salt. then a cold bath. then some icy hot. A massager. And stretch... even now that its two days after you worked them... stretch. it may hurt but it hurts to walk right?? so its gonna hurt doing anything.

this might sound crazy but after 6 years of heavy squats my legs haven't been sore in a long ass while, even when im off the gear. i've even done insane reps, and experimented with all sorts of crazy shit, but they just don't get sore anymore. not that im complaining though ;

lol i hope u r kidding
was this post necessary?
Yo bro 2 days isn't that long to be sore from heavy work outs. I think you would know if you tore anything. I wouldn't be concerned unless the pain is in joints or your back. Just do what maguire said, showers and epsom salts. stretch and walk, don't let them tighten up. This won't effect your cycle

if your not sore to the touch after each and every workout your not hitting it hard enough

I feel ya, but at the same time we should be giving him advice. Look people are going to do roids if they are ready or not. They are Alins customers and he provided this board so they could get the advice they need to do it safe. I have seen way too much insulting going on here and all that will do is lose buisness for Alin. Share you knowledge and experience instead of discouraging them from seeking it. You nor I are the juice police who get to decide who may or may not use AAS.

giving somebody, who is obviously not ready to juice, advice on how to do it ... is like telling a criminal how to load a gun ...

seriously man ... its just encouraging to do something he isnt ready to do ... i should have said that outright, but i didnt know his stats/exp so i didnt ... someone who says "what do i do about being sore after i workout" hasnt worked out too much ... but hey, atleast he does legs lol
