Trenbolone hexahydrobenzylcarbonate β 100mg every 3 days for 10 weeks
Dromastanolone Di-propionate β 100mg every 3 days for 10 weeks
Boldenone undecylenate β 200mg every 3 days for 10 weeks
Oral Turinbol β 40mg for first 6 weeks
Oral Winny β 100mg last 5 weeks
T3 β 25mcg to 125mcg then back down to 12.5mcg. I know how to ladder it but donβt want to go into details
Clen β 160mcg for 3 weeks and then 3 weeks off. Off weeks using ECA stack
Jinotropin β 4iuβs - 2iuβs in the AM and 2 iuβs in the PM after workout but at least 3 hours prior to bedtime for 4 months :D

cut out bread and dairy products to cut up
iam kind of doing the same thing
masteron 200mg every 3 days
test prop 200mg every 3 days
oral winny 50mg per day
t3 50mcg per day
eca every morning
work(hurt) each body part 1 time per week
no cardio for me

What does your caloric intake look like? Not to hijack this thread, but I'm curious what other people are taking in on a cut.

not to many people know how to count calories and weigh food, so pretty much dont eat anything that tastes good dont eat dairy or breads, eat all the chicken breast, fish , vegtables you want,

i'm not agree 100% about diary products
you have to cut these only if you compete and only for 2-4 weeks before competions
i cut with this diet very well
8 a.m. 25 efedrin
30 min cardio
9.30
200 ml orange juice
200 ml oat beverage
25 gr oatmeal
6 white eggs
12.30
asparagus
250 gr turkey or chicken
15.00
100 gr tuna without oil
20 gr nuts
17.30
1 scoop zero carb protein
100 ml oat beverage
20.00(post wo)
300 gr chicken or turkey or 400 gr fish
80 gr rice

450 ml greek yogurt
greek yogurt can't cause any persistent water retention to me

my cicle is very similar
1-12 bolde 600 mg
1-8 winny 50 mg ed
1-12 500 mg test prop
9-12 tren 450 mg week
9-12 masteron 500 mg
1-12 30 ui hgh week(5 day 4 ui and 2 days 5 ui)
1-12 60 mcg t3 day
1-12 25-50 mg efe day(for me really better than clen)
1-12 arimidex 1 eod
pct-bridge
1-4 hgc 2000 ui week
1-4 nolva 20 mg day
1-4 femara 1 eod
1-4 2 ui gh day
and mantain the condition for entire summer with
1-10 300 mg test prop 500 mg primobol 50 mg var 24 ui gh week( 6 days 4 ui on 1 day off)

i cut out dairy products 90 days out, its the only way i can get ripped, if i cut them out at 60 days ill come in way to smooth, 2-3 weeks would never work for me

a bad water retention for me is caused by normal milk
looks like strange but yogurt especially greek yogurt don't cause to me the same effects ;)
a big difference that i see in diet is when i don't eat any type of fruit
i see immediately my body more ripped
