First off I'd like to say Hi to everyone!
I've been lurking around on this forum for some time now, but never got around to actually creating an account until just recently.
Ok, now some background, before I get to the point: I've always been kinda chubby and lazy as a teen, and I never really had the motivation to hit the gym. However, that all changed when the scales hit ~260lbs @19-20 years of age. I couldn't walk up the 7 steps of stairs to our house without getting out of breath!
I realized I couldn't go on like this so, without any real knowledge at all at first I looked over my diet, and started working out. I didnt do much cardio at all, 2 short laps / week, and some light weightlifting 2x week.
I didn't eat nearly enough, and way to little protein, but blissfully unaware of this I saw the pounds dropping away rapidly, at the most I lost 8lbs in a week!
When I reached 165lbs, and still had a bit of a belly, and no defenition of my muscles whatsoever I thought: "Hey! this can't be right! I must be doing something wrong" So I started reading up on proper diet and workout.
Anyways, long story short. 5 years in I did my first cycle, of Test C, 600mg/week, for 10 or 12 weeks, and being unexperienced and dumb added Tren A the first 5 or 6 weeks @100mg EoD.
Then another one Test E and EQ (750mg each/week) with Dbol the 1st 4 weeks, and winny/Anavar the last 4, running A-dex@ 0,5mg EoD, eventually ED throughout. This one lasted 14 weeks.
Anyhow, I ended up weighing 230lbs@ ~13-15%bf, with a busted pec, knee and biceps. The.. umm, whats the word here, attach points? where the muscles are connected to the bone, you know what I mean, weren't strong enough (DUH!)
Then I started lifting weights too soon, and too heavy, so I injured myself again. Took me over 3 years to fully recover, since I had a car wreck as well wich was rough on my neck and left shoulder. I lost a lot of muscle during this time, down to 180lbs again!! Been working out for a year now, and gained ~20-25lbs.
And now, finally down to the point: I'm considering running another cycle this winter/next spring, and want everything planned and ready way in advance. If I'm still making decent gains I'll hold off a bit, but right now I feel a bit stuck. Mostly adding fat, not much muscle.
The Cycle: Letro 0.25mg ED, starting a few weeks before the cycle.
Test E or C, 250-300mg 2x/week depending on the concentration I can get.
Tren A @100mg EoD or possibly half that ED.. I just don't like to feel like a pin cushion. Even considering Tren E for this reason, but we'll see.
Caber @ 0,5mg 2x/week, starting 2-3weeks in, for any Progesterone issues.
T-3 at a low dose, say 25mcg/day to help with Prolactin lvls.
HCG towards the end to counter testicular atrophy perhaps? 500iu/week?
I'm also tempted to add IGF-1Lr3 for its synergy with Tren, but I'm trying not to get too carried away, atleast not with the first cycle ^^
Test E/C to be run for 12 weeks.
Tren 1 week shorter.
*IGF-1 Lr3, (should I decide to go with it this time or in the future) 60mcg (30+30) EoD for 6-8 weeks, ending at the same time as the Tren.
PCT to start 2 weeks after the last shot, Nolva 40/20/20
~4500kcal/day divided over 6 meals, with ~200g protein.
Some of you might consider that too low, but as I understand it, the body cannot utilize more then ~10 grams of protein per hour depending on what kind of protein you eat, and no more then 20-30grams per intake Depending on your bodymass. Above 1g/lbs will mostly just lead to extra stress on the kidneys.
It's also tempting to run something while trying to cut down this autumn, but I should be fine without it, its just... tempting :P
