Hey dears friends!

Just curious, a friend of mine is skinny dude and he is thinking a runner cycle..

Below is the cycle

T. enanthate 250 x week 12 weeks
dBol 20mg x day week 8-12
Liver support every day
nolva 10mg Ed week 3-15
and hcg 500 ui.2 weeks after the last shut.

He is very skinny and this cycle is for good gain mass.

any imput will be very interesting

hey mate nice to see you again, Why is not a good cycle for mass?

he´ve a bodu type Ectomorph.... I´m thinling is a good cycle for beginner

dbol the last 4 weeks? you use dbol as a kicker before the test starts. dbol at the end will probably just slap a sweet gyno lump on his tits.

regardless tho, if he is skinny, he needs to eat! not resort to aas. also, a first cycle should be a single compound, not 2, not 3....ONE. that way he can see how he reacts to the compound.

but again, if he is just skinny he WILL GET HURT if he resorts to aas. his muscles will get stronger before his tendons and ligaments have time to adjust to his new found strength and SNAP! there goes a tendon.

Unfortunately I have seen many skinny guys try everything under the sun with gear.. and in the end their bicep, which looks like a hot dog, gains 1/2"... skinny guys are good for playing basketball... thats it..

that is a good beginner bulk cycle,and the dbol at the end sounds good also cant remember why right now but seem to remember it is good for something.lol.igf levels maybe i will look into this and get back to ya.but it seems i am missing something with this post like STATS. i remember big mofos used to tell me eat,eat,eat and i did and notta.then later found out the truth aas.i understand you have to eat as we should all know this if we did our homework gear is for recovery,protein retention.but sometimes you have to have a little help.i think i was low test all my life. and would have never made it to where i am today with out gear and i am sure this is the same with alot of us.so why are we jumpin on this bro? is this a kid hes tryin to help or what? if thats the case food,train mon,wed,fri,protein and creatine.

you seriously need to stop giving advice too if you really believe what you just wrote. food is the most anabolic thing you can put in your body and for 99% of the beginners out there in weight lifting it should be in 100% focus to eat properly outside of training and rest.

your really suggesting to this kid, who you know NOTHING about...no stats or anything, that he should run test and dbol? even someone who is ready for aas should only run a single compound for their first cycle. if he ran test only at a low dose and had good results then sure, bump up the test and POSSIBLY add another compound. there is a good chance that if he was running test only then pumped in the dbol at the end that he could end up with gyno, so NO thats not a good idea or a good 1st cycle now is it?

again, you have NO idea what this kids deal is. your suggesting he use aas by possibly thinking he may have low test? are you fucking kidding me? if he thinks he has low test he should go to the fucking endo and get tested, not run a cycle. use your damn head! sure, you MAY have had low test, but you also MAY NOT have been eating enough calories to grow, and even if you were there are numerous other factors that play into adding muscle that may not have been in line.

and again, YOU HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT THIS KID! he could have never touched a weight in his life and only had a bowl of cheerios and some breast milk for breakfast and a fucking twinky for dinner....how can you even possibly suggest he has everything lined up perfectly and is not growing?

I was a skinny guy and then discovered how to train and eat right. I gained 19 pounds of solid muscle in 14 weeks "all natural" . Guys were asking if I was on steroids. I was 100% natural at the time.
No skinny guy should do steroids.

WTF......this is bad avise....VTs right you should not be giving advise to someone who you have no idea of anything about them :confused:...you trying to injure someone :confused::mad:

his stats would be helpful, his training experience with weights? age? diet? ETC...
