This has been posted before and I'm going to post it again. Everybody needs to post stats in sig so we know what kind of experience you have. The more we have, the better it is for us to help you.

Age
weight
BF%
experience ( meaning how long you've been lifting and using AAS )
What are your goals

Without these, I'm not helping anybody. It also gets frustrating asking for them every time. How do you expect us to help you if we don't know anything about you.

Good point... I didn't have mine for a long time until a couple weeks ago. I didn't want anyone to be jealous of my stats. It takes hard work to be as big as I am at 5'6". I really don't expect most of you guys to have the discipline that I have. I guess it's good genetics, as well as, discipline in my case. I thank God for being so blessed!

My arms may be a little bigger than yours, but I'm not close to being as ripped as you are. The transformation you made was impressive. I'll probably hit you up for some diet tips as soon as I can get my mindset right to do some strict dieting (Don't hold your breath though...lol:p)

I was focusing on some of the new guys on here, but as usual they all know more than we do. Maybe I'll start asking some of them for advice.

Nothing is wrong with being short. Yes I'm kidding about my genes. I've been in a real battle lately trying new things with my diet. I've found that I can eat clean and lower body fat but I get really small. My options are to eat clean and grow slow or grow quick and gain mad body fat. I'm not ever looking to compete so I guess I'm starting to find that I want to stay leaner and feel better while I grow slow. Anyone else have these problems with their body? My body is like a yo-yo. I hate my genes at times.
