the last 3 weeks of my cycle I started cramping pretty bad all day and all night. Anytime I moved my arm, my shoulder would lock up, my forearms, chest, hams, quads.... Gets pretty debilitating :(
I did low doses of Deca, Dianabol(oral) and test. Now 3 weeks off cycle, I am getting better, but still cramping.
I drink enough water ( prolly could use more ) but is this a normal side-affect? is there anything I should add to my next cycle to combat this?

I was also getting cramping my last cycle of cyp. & d-bol mostly in my foot and calve area. I couldn't turn my foot sideways or I would get that cramp were you can't move your foot I think that happens to alot of people though. I have been on a test-e only cycle now just came off no cramping at all I wonder if it is the d-bol or the combo off them both. I agree with tattered vitamins and use plenty of potassium. I use it for competitions to avoid cramping on stage.

I have a good multi and I pop Potassuim like M&M's. didn't seem to help. Mabye I need to try really increasing the amount.
How about Magnesium and Zinc. they play a role in cramping, from what I understand.
Side note: mods - is the whole ORDER forum locked?

I would try adding more water and more potassium, I usually take 3tabs 3x a day and that combined with alot of water usually takes care of the problem...except when i take clen or ephedrine, both of those cramp me up BAD...

Dude,
alot of the time, cramping is caused by low sodium...not potassium. Taking extra potasssium can actually make it worse. Try taking in a small amount of table salt with warm water next time you cramp up...i bet it works for you.
Remember the old salt tablets they used to give out in football and also the military?
This trick always worked for me...especially pre contest when using potassium sparing thiazide diuretics.
Hope this helps...good luck.

He's right on here. Dont forget the water. Triple your intake if you can stomach it.

Try more H20 and supplement taurine.

Real good advice! Thanks
I have extreemly low salt intake. I tend to forget how low it actually is and didn't relate that to my cramping. I'll give it a try.
And I'll look for some Taurine as well.
I woke up 3 times last night with both calfs locked tight as a drum  . My wife thougth I was dieing from the sounds I was making. I need this $hit to stop :). Again, thank!
