Can't help with the Synthetine, Big A is the expert (and owner) there, but have heard, from just about anyone who has tried them, about the quality. Your an athlete so you already know 28% is up there. R U trying to get back in shape to fight?? whats your diet like?

It's going to be the standard for you my friend, diet and excercise, search CKD to get you started on diet. The rest will be some serious cardio, early morning before food. Get blood work done, lipid profile and such to see how you sit health-wise before you consider any fatburner type products. At your weight you could have some latent issues you'll need to address first. Be safe.

Again, search CKD and you will find alot of threads on the subject.
Cyclic-Ketonic-Diet is what I would recommend.
