This is for Synthelamin B12, 2ml every 3rd or 4th day.

what i am using is cyanocobalamin...is this what your referring to

Cyanacobalamin is a short ester and has to be injected daily at 1,000mcg/day.

Synthelamin is made up of cyanacobalamin (short acting ester) and hydroxycobalamin (long acting ester) for a time release effect. It's 2,000mcg/ml.

Because of time release effect, you only have to inject it a couple of times per week.
