I'll be done with my 1st in July and am looking at my second. Here is where my 1st stands: T-Cyp 200/wk x10
A-dex eod thanks to ojs
HCG 2xwk
I have gained tremendously and have ordered Sus 250, Win, EQ, Cyp, HCG and A-dex. I want to grow but stay defined and keep my mass and hardness in pct. I have an idea of what I want to do but would value the knowledge on this board. Does anyone have any suggestions for what I have or should I go another route? :cool:

My goal is to grow but stay defined and keep my mass and hardness in pct. I play rugby competitively so I'm constantly training for that. I'm starting the process of changing my training to incorporate a bodybuilding regimen. I am planning on competing in a few bodybuilding competitions in the next year, but realize I have a ways to go and somethings to learn about the competitions. As for stats I'm 5'8, 195lbs, 24%bf maybe a little less now. Any other stats you'll have to clue me in on. Thaks for the replies.
i would not bother with a cycle until you get your bf down to around 14%

wow.. you only have 147lbs of lean body mass, the rest is fat!!! you need to forget about aas and learn to eat and train properly.
if you think otherwise, your a fool!

What did you gain on this first cycle? What was your weight at the beginning? You were above 24% BF how did the TestC sides treat you? Thanks

I gained about 15lbs. in my first cycle. I have definitely thinned out bf wise. My physique has gotten much leaner and muscular. I have dropped my waist size from a 34 to less that a 32. My bf is probably a lot less that 24% but that was just a guesstimation. I haven't had my bf taken since high school. I will have that done when I have more time on my hands. I have read a little more of the beginners guide and will have my stats up in Aug. I am a full time student and am to busy reading other books and matterial right now but will graduate in early Aug and barely have time for training as is. The Test-C side effects have been mild if any at all. The a-dex has done what it is suppose to along with the hcg. Thanks for being honest with me about the training and cycle info. My diet is pretty clean but could always use some tweaking. Will try to give you more detailed info in future posts.
