I'm currently taking 40mg ed..of anavar...but i do not split them up morning and night...should i be...also i read on here about chewing them...should i be chewing them or taking with water...

if they are not capsules, i would chew them. I would also split them up morning and at dinner. this will keep the levels steady throught the whole day.
