500 mg test enthate
50 mg winnie per day
80 mcg of clen per day
does this look like a good cutting cycle to start off with or do i need to change any thing or any suggestions. i got some novadex but dont know if i need it or if i need some thing else

i was thinking about running it the whole time 12 to 15 weeks but i dont know and the diet aint no problem

winstrol is very live toxic and will kill your joints running it that long. 6 weeks max. clen must be cycled 2 on 2 off.
with that being said winstrol and clen are not diet pills. you need to learn to eat. your bf is too high to run any cycle at all. besides that you have no pct and no fucking idea what your doing.
post your full diet and routine.

cutting is all diet. how long are you going to run the winny? and clen should be cycled two weeks on two weeks off.
i was reading about the clen and it said that the 2 weeks things was not true that was on steroidsprofile.com

and what didnt you understand that your not ready for aas yet?? look around there are a hand full of noobs that ran cycles when they were told NOT to and they are having severe problems, injuries, bitch tits, limp dicks, acne, bloat, lost gains, infections, etc.
i am not being a dick, i am giving you the best advise you will get anywhere.

Run short esters for a cut...if you run long esters you maybe dropping fat but you wont be able to tell with all the water weight your putting on. However no matter what you run cutting or bulking is all diet, not drugs, with the exception of clen, t3, or DNP.
With all that said, get your bodyfat down below 15% naturally or your just asking for more sides. Plus it will show that you have your diet and training down for the cut before you invest in all the drugs.

UR TOO FUCKING FAT TO RUN A CYCLE. Go hop you ass on a treadmill and get your bodyfat down at least 3%, preferrably more. And you don't want to gain water weight but you want to run deca? WTF? Too much dumb shit to list...go to the newbie section and read.

i been working on my diet for the last couple of week around im probally down to
about 14 to 16 bf now it just takes time i was lower but i moved and it fucked up every thing im just now getting striaght again

good grief little buddy thoughs are some harsh words hey man you need to take some mydol to lose that moodiness i was just wanting some advice on a cycle and you go crazy over nothing you need some pussy go comb the playground or some thing lose that anxiety or just rub one out but i work 1 to 2 muscle groups a day deppending on my mood and work because my job im ussaully gone for a day acouple times a week and my diet is about 250g protien pure day and carbs are down to 25 to 50 a day no pop no junk food in other word no McDonalds diet and no fast food maybe a ice cream or something when i take a hot chick out each week you know what i mean

Check it out, we dish out tough love to those who come on here and don't seem to have done any homework...you've swapped compounds about three times in this thread and your body fat is too high, as Lola said, if you run a cycle now, there is a good posibility of jacking your body up permanently...I'm guessing this is going in one ear and out the other, but you need to go to the newbie section and read up on all of this stuff and know what you are putting into your body.

No worries bro. I cant say i disagree with lola, but everyone i know has learned the hard way about how to fuck up a cycle, which is prolly why your getting flamed like a mutha. Your right about the clen, some have strong results running 6 straight weeks. However, I wouldnt go that route tho. Clen is ruff for longer than even a week for me. If weight loss is your primary goal - i would do 2 days clen, 2 days eca, then rest day and repeat. I would do clen/eca for 4 weeks, then 4 weeks no supps, concentrating on diet and cardio. Then pull out your test e/deca/winny and you will have some killer gains. gotta get the bf down first thou

Your right but as I stated earlier... If you run these compounds even if you do drop bodyfat you will be so bloated youll look fatter than before..So it would be pointless running these.
Plus nobody wants to cut for 12 weeks, which is the minimum length a long ester should be run. Stick to short.

what do you think i should use propinate or something for 6 to 8 weeks or should i do like brown banana said it dont make no difference to me i just want to be safe im just trying to learn a little
I prefer short esters to long anytime of the year. With that being said, its a pain to pin ed. Brown Banana gave some good advice that would be easy to follow as a greenhorn.

If you want to be safe and learn all you can I suggest you start reading all the literature and fact you can. You need to be your own advocate, nobody here will hold your hand, we will give you opinion and advice when we can but you need to have a respectable amount of backround knowledge first, and then I believe you will find this board a much more hospitable and helpful.

it takes experience to learn certain subtleties of how aas affects your own body and how to manipulate its usage to your best interests....it takes an idiot to try and run a cycle of AAS having no idea what he's doing...and that my friend would be you....the later that is.

Just keep reading and resarching all you can. I have been around this game my whole life with my older brother being a national competitor, and I still did a solid year of research on top of many Dr. physicals before I embarked on a test only cylce...Which IMO is all you will need for a first cycle regardless of bulk or cut.
