has any one tried the mass cycle?? im going to try this cycle ::D• WEEKS 1-6: Anadrol (wk1 50mg per day, wk2 100mg per day, wk3 150mg per day, wk4 150mg per day, wk5 100mg per day, wk6 50mg per day)
• WEEKS 1-6: Trenabol (75mg Every Other Day)
• WEEKS 1-8: Testosterone Enanthate (1000 mg Per Week)
• WEEKS 1-10: HCG 300-500IU EVERY 5 DAYs
• WEEKS 1-10: Arimidex (0.50 mg Every Other Day)
• WEEK 11: 40mg Nolva/100mg Clomid Every Day
• WEEK 12: 30mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid Every Day
• WEEK 13: 20mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid Every Day:D
im working out every other day and i have access to the gym for free im 20%body fat, 71in hight and 129lbs, i already got the kit but just wounderin if any one has alrready tried this if not well i guess ill send pics and progress.:rolleyes:

diet due to limited food i eat a lot of backed chicken and salad on fri steak and lots of protein dymatize 4times a day
training unlimited access to gym. day one(2hrs) tri's chest abbss after 30min cardio
day 2 rest day 3 bi's back abbs shoulders leggs after 30min cardio then boxing class

15 and 20 are two completely different numbers!
So let say you are 229lbs @ 20% BF =183.2 LBM
The above cycle for your size and expereince, is a total waste ! :rolleyes:
Do your self a favor and do a simple cycle of test alone !

maby not now but your well on your way super lol . and wat"s a perfect diet any way .i have no prob gettin food i sorta work in the kitchen im in the military 8yrs in now. .if my work out is terrable give me some ideas to get some quick gains. all the programs i've tried just made me skinny with lil muscle .please can any one help me out with some pointers or wat you've experianced in your earlier times

search button up top, you may have to dabble with different search terms but usually "workout routine" would merit a few good threads. Also, look up DC (doggcrapp) training.

bump that cycle is fucking retarded bro...drop the tren and cut the test in half...at that dose all you will do is gain more water and have terrible sides and probably get gyno...and dude read everything on here...if you cant figure out a decent idea for a routine than you cant handle a cycle bro...so use the search button read and educate yourself on everything...as far as routines go...try dc training might work really well for you or 5x5's works good for a lot of people also

Dude I weigh litterally almost twice what you do, and I made gains just fine off 500mg of test c / week. 1 year training is nothing. I had more training expirience than you at 17. I respect that you want to get into great shape, but juice is not the answer, atleast not for you, right now.
Lose some bodyfat, you will feel much better about yourself. If you're lucky it will stay off too! Get down to a nice lean 10% minimum body fat %, preferably like 8 at your weight. Lift weights, and find your own routines that work for YOU. Take advice from other people, try it out for 8 weeks and see if you like it. It's a long long proccess of finding what works for you, diet and training wise. When you have figured that out, you may then be ready for juice, if you still feel you need it.

Partner, put your 'kit' in a cool dry storage for a while. You have at MINIMUM 1.5 years of natural training to put in before even THINKING about gear. A few fella's here are harsh, but they do wanna help even if they come off as jerks. But you must do your part and research and know what you're getting into, and simply put: You must pay your dues like all of us!
