Thanks to everyone for helping me out with putting my first cycle together. Here is what i have outlined below.
Thanks to OJS and Automatic for taking the time to answer all the questions i had for them.
I also have letro and clomid on hand.

Week 1-10 Test C Monday 250 mg / Thursday 250 mg
Week 1-10 Adex .25 EOD
Week 8-11 Winny 50 Mg ED
Week 13 Clomid 100 mg Nolva 40 mg
Week 14 Clomid 50 mg Nolva 30 mg
Week 15 Clomid 50 mg Nolva 20 mg

Been working out for the past 5 years.
Taken 4 PH cycles
Will be first AAS cycle.
On Cycle Diet
Diet: Roughly 4,500 Cals ~400 gms Protein. Oats, Brown rice, chicken, Egg whites, Fish, Complex carbs, ect. I have the diet in check.
Long Term Goals:
Looking to lean up, get down to 6-7% BF put on ~20-25 lbs.
