2 questions how long can i run winny @50 mg e/d , and should i run it at the start or finish of my cycle . i will be running 900mg supertest e/w and 50mg winny e/d

winstrol is a versitile compound. I ran winny inject. eod for 16 weeks in my last cycle, but some people can tolerate only short cycles, 8 weeks max. I assume you are running winny tabs. I would say 8-10 weeks max. If you run supertest and winny the gains should be leaner. I would replace, however, the supertest with sustanon 500-750mg/week and add 50mg of proviron ed. You will be amazed by the gains in both strength and lean size.

900 ST. Do you seriously think you need that much? You would probably be fine doing 225 twice a week or E3d.

I am actually planning on running Sust/Deca/Winstrol for my next cycle and was also wondering how long you can run the winny for? Mine are oral and I planned to run them at 50mg ED throughout but being an oral I thought that might not be such a good idea.

oh im sorry mr general sir , if you really must know im 25 done 1 test/dbol cycle and 1 test , deca,dbol cycle weight is 185 5'7 tall bf no clue probably around 15% 5 years training goal to be around 205 diet is ok not perfect but i dont eat junk food chips, candy ect

Don't be an ass, by getting stats we can further help you to see where you are at and lead you in the right direction. A lot of these guys have been in the game a long time. We ask everyone the same question when they first post.

even though your an asshole, here it is.
you have run 2 cycles and you are only 185lbs. so if you do have 15% bf(post pics and i will tell you how much you have) you only have about 156 pound of lean body mass and about 28-29 lbs of fat on you.
so... for a guy that has been training for 5 years and who has run 2 heavy cycles you are obvisously doing something wrong. i bet your diet and training are terrible. you have chosen not to post them like requested so thats all the help i can give.

This is a ridiculous amount of test for a guy with under 200lbs of LBM. The test has nowhere to go!!! Do you think bones have receptor sites??? You need mass to apply the testosterone to. You don't have it. And, of course, I mean this in the nicest way.:cool:

to be honest , really honest i did my first cycle at 115 lbs 20 yr old it was dumb and i followed the instructions of a idiot yeah i gained weight but i did just jump into . its been a year and just wanted to do it beter this time thats all

Repost your stats....the real ones. You can bullshit all you want and fool yourself. Because I can't verify the stats you post. But I'm only willing to give you the advice I think is appropriate to your stats. Someone else might tell you whatever you want to hear.
