I need help with diet for this cycle:
WEEKS 1- 4: Dianabol 30mg Every Day
WEEKS 1- 10: Deca Durabolin 400mg Per Week
WEEKS 1- 10: Testosterone Enanthate 500mg Per Week
WEEKS 1-12: Arimidex 0.25mg Every Other Day
WEEK 13: 40mg Nolva/100mg Clomid Every Day
WEEK 14: 30mg Nolva/50mg Clomid Every Day
WEEK 15: 20mg Nolva/50mg Clomid Every Day
Extra Nolva. on hand just incase.
Stats:
HT 5'9"
Wt 140-150lbs.
BF guessing around 8 % was a little under 4% last season (still very lean)
Age 26
Been working out since 15
Goal Cut 185lbs-190lbs
I would like to get my weight back up a little bit more(160-170lbs.) b4 I start this cycle, weight and training is down due to some recent injuries from last ball season and work. Normally train 2 days on 1 day off, looking to switch things up to 1 day on 1 day off (open to any suggestions on training).
Right now im pretty much eating anything thing I want to try and pack on the weight. I'm a hardgainer it takes alot of hard work for me to put on weight and keep it.(For those of you saying 140-150lbs, yes I do eat)
I plan to do two more bulking cycles b4 this time next year then do a cutting cycle. This will be a stealth cycle (already have it :p ). Getting very anxious to start but being patient I want to have everything in order b4 i start. Any feedback would be appreciated!
