I dont know everything by a long shot!We all know that.But I see three different injs spots in each deltiod.That makes 6 shots alone in that region.Correct?Ive been hittin sides of delts, front just now.Quads have been sticktly for test and EQ.Can I hit the deltoid 6 times if I roll it front back side.Thank bros!

Sure if you have enough muscle tissue in your rear delts, I don't see why you couldn't inject there or anywhere you have enough muscle to get a deep I.M. injection. My personal favorite is my tris.

i only use my delts these days. i can't reach my ass anymore and i hit something in my quad and couldn't walk for 2 weeks so i am scared to hit my quads. i just switch between delts and plus they are easy to access. with the delts , if you are in a hurry to go somewhere , you can get a shot to go. just roll your sleeve up and then throw the syringe out the car window when your done...

I have not hit my pecs yet. But lats are my favorite to hit. THey are easier than glutes.

You are the type of stupid SOB that throws fucking beer bottles, cans, and now dirty needles out for me to pick up off the side of the road and in my yard before one of my girls finds them. I had one dude in a truck that would pass the house every day right as I was pulling in and toss a beer bottle out in my yard. It must have just been the same site where he was finishing off one on his ride home everyday. So I got home a little early one day and walked down on the other side of the road and picked up a couple rocks about the size of baseballs - waited on the ass and when he chunked the bottle - I chunked the rocks - one got him in the hood and the other in the side panel. He slammed on brakes - threw it around and came back and pulled up in the drive - hopped out, walked about 4 steps fast towards me until I put a .45 center on his chest. I told him if he tossed any more trash in my yard, the next time I'd be chunking center blocks - and when he slammed on brakes to come back for me with a hot head - I'd unload on fucking tires. I think he goes another route home now. Point is Gorilla boy - have some fucking respect and dispose of your shit as you should - how would you feel if you knew some 4 yo picked dirty pin up at the park you through out - and you are going to say "I don't throw them out in places like that" well - dogs and shit tote trash all over the place shithead. My xgf's mom is a diabetic though and she always put them into a kleenex box w/ the caps on, then duct taped the crap out of it and wrote SHARP on the box. I been dropping mine into a muscle milk tub. Gonna dispose of them all together when i'm done w/ my cycle.

I use a large empty Tide jug. It's not clear and it can hold many pins. The 10ml vials slide right into the hole. It's almost like Tide made their jugs for this reason. I'm just upset they started going to the smaller bottles.

Totally true, there are many things you can do with pins DAMN i ran out of a sharps bin so i got an empty 2ltr coke bottle and put them capped in there. Most health places will accept them to dispose of, that is irresponsible and dirty. Imagine someone getting pricked by one and having to wait 6 months for an HIV test because they don't know who the fuck you are you could have anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bump..This is the prime local for me too. All spots in the pec are east enough to hit, however about an inch or so lateral of the nipple can really tighten the muscle making it hard to fully expand the chest, at least in my own experience.
