40ml a day got rid of a bump under my nipple in 4 days, than i did 20 for 8 and now im just on femera and there is no more bump

Running nova depends on the drugs you plan to use. Things of course that convert to estrogen hell yes and I would reco. aromasin, femara and thers another one but I'm drawing a blank. If your not using AS that convert don't bother but do keep it on hand just in case something comes up.

Nolvadex will inhibit your gains. Any inhibition is too much. Femara is the best solution. A-dex for prevention.

Well, I've done it both ways and the only difference is that when I took nolvadex during I didnt have the added water weight that you lose anyway after the cycle. But thats just my experience.

I've been running 20mg of nolva since about three weeks into my cycle, I'm now in week 9 or 10. I've seen good gains, but maybe they would have been better without the nolva, I'll never know. Next time I'll definitely start with adex.

I cant tell you how much of an inhibitive effect it has but when I spend my money, and go to the trouble to set up a cycle I dont want anything that might inhibit it in m system if I can help it.
