hey all,
Can anyone recommend a regimen that i can do now to bulk and gain up to 260lbs but at the same time get somewhat cut, Iam at present 220lbs. And could you tell me in your regimen how long it is.

I continue to plan to take sustanon. Should i add something else, or can i stay at that.

nj321f...your message reads funnee...to bulk and gain up to 260lbs...sounds like you want to add that much weight...okay, eat a calf, a piglet, lots of eggs, ice cream, and protein shakes. Then sleep between eating and lifting.
How's that :D
I seriously do not think you can bulk THAT MUCH and get cut at the same time. A bulking diet versus a cutting diet are very different. Check out the steroid profiles link and find the chart they have. Helps me out when I want to get a certain effect from a specific product.

try to get your hands on some growth, and eat 24/7 then try to cut it, bulk first then RIP IT UP............

Dude one or the other. You are not going to put on 40 solid pounds and stay lean. Sus or anyother aas is not a miracle drug you have to do it in the right steps. Bulk first then cut if you want to bulk with sus i would consider throwing in some deca with it also how many mgs are you thinking of running a week with the sus. Oh yeah eat everything you can geet your hands on and hit the weights hard!D!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey all my question was miscommunicated on my part and for that iam sorry, I should of mentioned i wanted to do this over a certain time period not all in 1 month LOL.
But thanks all for responding. I like the one of eat the calf, and eggs and then sleep and then lift. :p
