has anybody done ip anavar . i was thinking of 45mg a day . at 45mg a day that would be 3 /15mg tabs. so do you take then morning, noon and night or all at one time .

I had IP and liked them very much. Just chew them as they are very compact. I perfer to split them up throughout the day.

Im taking 40 mgs ED. 20 in the morning and 20 at dinner. Works pretty damn good. I dont think that you would have to split it 3 times a day but you could.
