I'm currently on an 8 wk cycle of var & primo. I'm also taking some andriol and nolv.
I having some cramping and pains in my mid back. Has anyone ever experienced this? Any thoughts.

More than likely the cramping and pains in your mid back are due to a muscle strain or a misalignment of one or more of the vertebrae in that area rather than the gear you are taking. See a good chiropractor or physical therapist and see if that fixes it. Also, evaluate your posture and form during your various routines. Poor posture and sloppy form can strain and pinch structures in the back.

what is your water intake...you might think you are drinking enough, when in fact you could use more...could be as simple as that...could be a reaction...your water intake should be no less than a gallon a day, 128 oz. :D

i always get back massive back pain and pumps when "on". it's the squats for me. i have to sit down in a chair for a good 10-15 minutes before finishing my training.
