Hi everyone.
I've tried Stromba from BP but i felt like it didn't work.
Do i have to swallow the tab,like almost every kind of stanozolol tab,or do i have to chew it?
Anyway,i used 50mg ed for 3 weeks.

ht 5'8
wt 196 Lbs
bf 18% (more or less)
age 21
cycle: very simple,3 weeks of stromba 50 mg ed.It was a cycle just to test the new products.When i saw winny wasn't working i stopped and ran tren enanthate for 3 more weeks 200mg every 4 days together with 400mg primo 1 shot a week.
goals: bulk up a bit.
diet: 60% pros 20% carbs 20% fats split into 6 meals.For a total of 3k kcals a day
Training:
i train 1 muscle each day.Here's the split:
Day #1 Chest:
Bench press 3 sets rest pause (4+4+4 with 15 secs of rest)
Incline bench press 3 sets rest pause
Pectoral machine 3 sets 6 reps with 4 secs of eccentric phase and 1 concentric
Day #2 Biceps:
Barbell curls 3 sets rest pause
Preacher curls 3 sets rest pause
Cable curls 2 sets dropset (4+12)
Day #3 Shoulders:
Overhead press 3 sets rest pause
Deltoid machine 3 sets rest pause
Inverse pectoral machine 3 sets dropset (8+8+8)
Day #4 Back:
Pulley 4 sets rest pause
Lat machine 4 sets rest pause
Day #5 Triceps:
Close grip bench 3 sets rest pause
Overhead barbell extensions 3 sets 8 reps
Low cable single arm ext. 2 sets 8 reps
p.s.
I don't train legs ;P
I also hit the cardio every session @ 20 minutes of fast walk.

where to start:
1. your too young for gear
2. tren and primo together = bad
3. no test = bad
4. no pct = bad
5. timing and dosing on compounds are wrong and useless
6. your training sucks.. no legs?
7. bf is too high especially for those compounds
8. why did you choose winstrol, tren, and primo?
9. you diet sucks
10. stay away from gear and learn what your doing before you kill yourself!

I don't use test 'cause i don't like it.
Why you say timing and dosing are wrong?I mean...i respected every half life,and the doses are quite low.
My diet sucks because it is not a diet.I mean,i eat mostly what i want,keeping high pros level.
I know my bf is high for tren,but my idea was to run a winny-only cycle,just to test it.
About training..why does it suck? °_° okay,i don't train legs because i don't like big legs,and genetics doesn't help me at all,since i have lean and beefy legs and calves.I store almost all fat on the upper part.
p.s. i'm using aas since 19,it's too late for that final suggestion =P

test is a must as you are shutting yourself down with those compound.
post your full cycle with exact timing and doses
you diet sucks because you have high bf and think winstrol is a diet pill.
you will never grow properly without training your wheels
its not my fault you were stupid enough to use aas at such a young age.

Why do you say tren and winny "shut me down"?They're nowhere like test or boldenone or deca.You can read about it on the last issue of Anabolics 20XX or A.Rea's books.
Anyway,i don't like test because it requests a heavy pct everytime and because my body reacts to test injections with fever,muscle soreness and pain.
The few times i used it i preferred test suspension.
I don't use winny because i think it is a diet pill.You got me wrong.I used it,as i said twice,to test it.
About the "you're stupid using aas that young" thing,it's your opinion,so i'm not gonna say anything.
Now,since my initial question wasn't answered,i'm going to repeat it simple and clean:
Does winny work or it didn't work just on me and the few other guys who opened a topic about it on this forum?

you have got to be joking. deca and tren with shut you down 100%, no question. eq is actually mild but will still shut you down. you need to run the test because you will be shutting yourself down. your body reacts that way because your using suspention dumbass. try cyp or enth. being too young is not an opinion, its fact. you need to run a heavy pct regardless.

this is a bad post all together give the kid advice in a better way, say if you already started why you running that gear why not go back to basics do a good diet to bulk see if that works for you. he already started using so he should at least know that you NEED test there are different kinds of test and not every one is the same test e was a serious bulker for me with alot of acne where as test prop was lil acne with lean gains you need to find whats right for your body do your OWN RESEARCH on the web theres tons of good sites and start from square one im 15% bf and thats too high for winny. i ran a test prop tren and eq cycle with clen and t3 and planned and planned and planned and then ran it and got great results put on 18lbs of good lean muscle and dropped form 21% to 15% and i still have alot of work to go. its all about diet cardio and training you need to train legs thats like not training your core muscles the rest of yoru body will struggle. bro not to be an ass but come on if youve been using since you were 19 then be smart about it i started using at 21 but at least i researched and found the proper way to run gear. next time lay out your stats goals and specific gear use before asking for help so that people dont jump all over you. have everything set up correctly and youll get respect for the way you post. and that alone will bring you more helpful answers.
anyway my advice to you
run 500mgs of test e a week thats two shots a week not to bad
run nolva or adex or some anti e durring along with hcg
post cycle continue your nolva hcg and start some clomid
get your diet in check
bulking diet for me was
8 egg white 2 eggs half cup of oats with raisins for breakfast
eat 4 6-8oz chicken breast through out the day with 1/2 cup of brown rice and veggies
post workout get your carbs aminos and all eat a nice lean red steak or good cut of fish with a yam and some type of post workout shake or drink to replace the depleated aminos in yoru body
eat some tuna throughout the day with some real peanut butter or peanuts
before bed get in some type of long last protein and maybe a cassien shake
i hate shakes i figure if you can afford and got time to eat real food youll get better results get your shit together.
when i ran the test e cycle for 12 weeks with strict training diet and work i put on 35lbs of muscle i was a monster came off lost about 8 and cut up do everything in time
GEAR IS NOT A REPLACEMENT IT IS JUST TO HELP YOU CANT GET ANYWHERE WITHOUT HARD WORK

@lola I'm sorry you answer everytime with insults and rage.It's not my aim to taunt you,so relax ^^ The main problem with tren is the rise of prolactin levels,which inhibits testosterone endogenous production.
