so i am three weeks in a gold cycle, i am following it just as it is intended. noticing some good energy when i am exercising. feel tired more than usual throughout the day. sweat like a pig now when exercising. had a boner that would not go away until 14 hours later when i had to take care of it. still averaging 3700 cals with 50%protien, 30%carbs and 20%fat. i have been strict on my diet with the exception of about twice a week i eat some sweets. no cheat days. no suppliments other that a shake or bar when i cannot cook or find fruit/nuts, glucosamine daily and creatine before and after the work. i get my 8 hours of sleep, but its typically not good due to old age pains and aches. i dont like the bloat though, i think someone here said thier face looks like a chipmunk, well now i understand.
problem is that i now have a left elbow pain. if i let it rest for three days, the pain almost goes completly away. but after a do my tris and pecs, it comes back the next morning and does not inhibit me to do my daily routine but lets me know its there.
i am wondering if this could be from me not exercising my forearms??? i have always had popye arms so i have been letting my upperarms catch up to them. i am wondering if i am putting some undue strains on my elbow by not ballancing the upper and lower arm??
no i havent been to a doc. yet but am planning to if it gets worse but for now i can let it heal between the work.
i am going to quit going in to my business except for 1 day a week to sign checks and look at the nos. and have been planning on devoting myself to taking acre of my two girls (actually i should say three girls and include my gf) and to exercise as i really want my cemetry to be very close to where i want it to be by next year. so i do not want to mess that up with a injury so if anyone here has any help they can throw my way it would be apreciated.

If you have insurance and you're in the USA, i'd go get an MRI so you can see if there's any soft tissue (tendon, legaments, cartilige) damage... Also, read Ironfkreaks Injury and Tendon Recovery cycle... There tons of useful info in there....

my guess is tendonitis. at you age, very common. when the eq kicks in it will help a bit. adequan really works well for me. if you think it is more serious, see a doc.

Sounds more like tendon damage if it goes away after a while. I have a pinched nerve(ulnar) in my elbow and I just had to mess around with different exercises to see what bothers it and what doesnt. That would be my advice to you. For me it is as simple as no flat bench/however i can do incline or decline, and no over head tri exercises.
