I have tried e-gold in the past with no luck, but I found an excellent exchanger that takes credit cards and paypal and they only charge 3% which is way cheaper than western union. http://www.myegold.com

i just signed up at E-Gold.com and im a little confused... I have to find someone to exchange my currency now?? where do i find them??
I have read the info concerning e-gold on Alinshops payment page. but i dont think i am grasping the concept to well. lol i set up an account. find an "exchanger" who takes my money and converts it into "gold" then if i wanna pay Alin the exchanger will transfer the money to him?? is that how it works?? so how do i go about finding an exchanger?? can i use the site that this thread is linked to?? how many times have you used this link? have you used it to pay for orders from Alin?? looking to place an order ASAP so any help would be appreciated greatly. and sorry for the questions.

You have to buy egold from an exchanger, then you can just send alin the egold from the egold website. I just found out Paypal doesn't allow payments to be used to exchange online currencies so that site will probably be shutdown soon :(

I was wondering if there is an Egold that will let someone get an account with a check card or credit card (gift card from a CC) instead of a bank account # as I would like to keep the Mrs. in the dark...

The ones listed in the faq seem to but at 13% fees it was cheaper to go with western union.
