So knee surgery was a bit ruff, the doctor ended up cleaning out alot more damage then intended, i was on crutches for 3 weeks. And Zero cardio for a full month. Iv been off crutches for just over 2 weeks now, and im starting to pick up some steam in physical therapy. But over the past month iv lost mass, and gained fat in its place. Lookin to pick out a cycle, that will help me loose the fat not really lookin or worrired right now to bulk up more, then evening back out my 2 quads. What is your advice on something not to harsh, since i dont want to over do things why im still healing. Right now i just started back up on some clen i still had from other cycles, to give me a head start, now that im able to do more cardio on the exercise bike and in the pool. But info on potential cycles is always welcome. And iv upped my protein intake, and im dropin the daily calorie intake, trying to keep the meals clean and simple.
current stats as of now are
6'2
217
20% bf

Bump to this. I just had surgery myself. Make sure you give your self some time to heal. If you're anything like me you're dying to get back into the gym but just make sure you're completely healed first.

Great advice...why risk re-injuring yourself and putting yourself on the sideline again?

the surgery was just a scope, so cleaning out scar tissue, and some torn meniscus just so you all know

Listen to the advice... take it slowly and fully recover! Get back into training slowly and in a disciplined manner and in a few months you might consider using some AAS otherwise you might end up at the same starting point with the same or even a worse injury! But hey...what do I know? It is your body!
