My nipples are puffy and I was wondering if there was anything that will fix it. It isn't from my cycle(and this is my first cycle) they've been this way since I was about 13. It's not gyno either(I've asked my doc), I guess maybe my body stores alot of excess fat and water there or something. Or if you have a better explanation let me know. If I'm cold they look normal but when the temp is comfortable or hot they are really puffy, I can't stand it. Any advice?

i've got the same problem man, short of a plastic surgeon theres nothing. When i took tren though my pecs filled out a lot and it strecthed the nips out and made them look flatter. Maybe it'll work for you.

If it is going to happen, it is going to happen at puberty. It is a form of Gyno, just not brought on by gear. A Psuedo-Gyno is usually what they refer to it as. You will need to go to a Plastic Surgeon to get the fat tissue/gland removed (Gynocomastia). If you do decide to do the procedure, make sure the doctor is going to go through your arm pit to get to it otherwise, you will (90% of the time) have some nasty scarring around the nipple. The reason i know this is my wife works for a dominate plastic surgeon that does about 5 of these a month.

I've had the same problem since puberty and it started getting worse with my first cycle (the one I'm on now). I took 40mg nolvadex daily until the new symptoms subsided and after that continued with 20mg/day. That combined with a heavy focus on pec workouts has improved the situation from my original condition.

Yup, it does sometimes tame them down. But, its not cheap, and its not necessarily good to stay on all of the time because of side effects. It also does not take it away, it just calms it. You would have to out weight the price of the procedure, but if you have good insurance they will cover it as long as you explain to them "it hurts" and you have had this from puberty not from gear. Otherwise a plastic surgeon usually charges around $2500-$3500. Also another good question in this is are your nipples (the red part) normal size or are they large?

When I'm hot or even warm the red part is large for a guy but If I get chills or am cold they look fine. That sucks that surgery is the only fix, I got this also when I hit puberty and its been that way every since. It drives me crazy.

Try running some Nolva for several weeks and see if it helps...40-60mg day.

Thanks for the advice Alin, I'll give that a shot. Would that be a long term effect if it helped or would it be something I would have to cycle?
