I'm in the middle of a cycle and I'm having problems with a rotator cuff. I need help! I really can't stop going to the gym. I need to work through it. Any advice? I dont' want to ruin this cycle over shoulder problems.

hey bro,
if your pain does not go away you can go to a doctor and get a corticosteroid shot to relieve the inflamation and swelling i know thats a tuff injury to have while on a cycle but remember pain is your body letting you know something is fucked up.and if you keep pushing it you could cause alot more damage.

Have you gone to see a doc? If it bothers you that bad, you need to go see a doc. If you don't want to see a doc, than I highly recommend taking a little time off. Rotator cuffs don't get better unless you take some time off to let them heal. AAS helps mask the pain a little, and your full blown into your cycle and it hurts. If you don't see a doc or take it easy, its possible you could end up with one of these.

welcome to my world bro...my cycle was pushed back bc i hurt my shoulder and i didnt lift at all my last week and a half on cycle bc of my shoulder again...google rotator cuff exercises theres a few that really help strengthen it up..and look into the stretching for dogcrapp training that helped me a lot also...for me i cant use dumbbells for chest or flat bench...so i use a BB decline and use the smith for my incline and then lower the incline so its more flat...but if its completely flat its unbearable pain...my shoulder workouts are also very minimal unfortunately...with my chest workouts i go very light i dont bench over 200 now :(:( and just use extremely slow motions and really focus on contractions and stretch...and use a stop pause method...still growing but i miss heavy chest days :(...for shoulder days i do military presses front lat raises (again lighter weights) and very light weight reverse pec dec flyes...side laterals are impossible...sucks man you just have to work around it...but definitely take some serious time off or really tweak your routine...i recommend the first though unfortunately

I tore my delt and just took pain killers to get in the gym not fucking worth it!!! take the time off and let it heal!!

Bump everyone's advice on this thread - you gotta take time to let it heal or you could put yourself out for a long time.

you dont want to ruin your shoulder forever do you? I would at least have it looked at and try to avoid direct shoulder exercise...which will be hard when training upper body.

Bump everyone, take it easy on the shoulder and end the cycle early if necessary, better to take care of health and pick it up later.

I trained legs on Thursday. My shoulder feels good on Advil but not good enough. I'm planning on staying away from the Gym until Monday. If it feels bad then I'll be doing back and bis. Tuesday if not good I'll do legs again. If it's not better by Wednesday then I'm going to be really annoyed. I'm on day 4 of taking 75mg of tren eod and I've never done it before. Therefore, I'm really hoping things are better by Wednesday. I really want to enjoy my first run with tren. btw, I'm also taking 400mg of Eq and 500mg of Test per week. I'll be finishing my cycle in 4 weeks and I've been on for 8 weeks now. Thanks again for the advice!
